Before I begin, I want to state that I love bubble tea, and I have enjoyed Chatime for many years now. I thought to treat myself to their Kit Kat milk tea and added pearls. When I picked up my order, I noticed there were no pearls. I PAID for pearls. So I went back to tell them there were no pearls in my drink. The staff checked and didn't believe me. THE AUDACITY. So they asked me to open the drink and prove to them there were no pearls. I thought it was a little unnecessary, but did it anyway. As I expected, there were no pearls. So the barista asked me if I wanted some pearls on the side. Seriously? You want me to MAKE the drink I PAID you to make?! I declined and asked if I could have it in my drink. So they found a pair of scissors (hopefully sanitary), and cut a large hole in my drink. Added A QUARTER of the regular amount of pearls I would normally get, and handed me back the drink, with the milk tea on the cusp of spilling the second I moved. I thought this was rather inconsiderate. I asked if they would seal it up for me so I could enjoy my drink elsewhere without spilling it. She told me no. I was quite aghast. Thankfully, another staff asked for the drink and told me he would fix it. He had the decency to give me a sealed cup. But it should not have caused me this much upset for it to happen. When I finally received my drink again, the pearls were unusually and disappointingly bland. I don't think I would be comfortable ordering here again after what I went through.

Is okay at best. The people made it feel rushed and the drink's quality was also okay. Comparing it other to chatimes though, it was not very good. Ordering the mango green tea with pearls, there were a lot less pearls and the flavor was not there. 2.3/5

It was my birthday when my children asked for bubble tea. We went and ordered. I saw the student special, and ask if my children could avail the student special (free upsize) but they don’t have ids. The staff and manager said “No they should show their ids.” So, I moved on and ordered 3 drinks.Then I read on their cup: “Join Chatime Societea Rewards for free drinks, birthday perks and more!” I got excited and immediately signed up to get my free birthday drink. But then, the manager said “You can’t have the free drink because you have to be signed up for a few months before your birthday.”I just find they don’t have courtesy. To think that I bought 3 drinks, they denied my children of the student special and then turned down a birthday treat. I have worked in the hospitality industry, and their service is not even average. Poor customer service.Parking: Store is closer to the Best Buy exit parking.

horrible service, i ordered a taro milk tea and it was grainy and chalky THEY WONT REFUND YOU THEY WILL LAUGH AND SMIRK ABOUT IT. don't go here there's a lot of better options elsewhere

very upset with the service and drink quality. We have ordered three drinks and added Jelly and pearls. The jelly was so little then can't even feel when drinking. So we tell the customer service and he asked my son to try again. Then he damp all the drink to prove there was jelly after that he said can't make one more drink and ask my son to leave. Not until I go to the counter and bargain again repeatly said we can't paid and buy nothing. The CS keep saying that is our fault! Until another female CS made us another one!I would like to ask if the customer complain for too little jelly or pearl given? later on another customer also come to me and told me also he doesn't feel any jelly in his drink !!! I do think this shop have to review the quality of the drink

Horrible "bubble tea" - if you can even call it that. Our drinks had very low quality pearls that has upset our stomach for hours now, feeling nauseous..Their honeydew drink took forever to make, but it's also because there was nothing natural about it - it was so fake that it looked like glow in the dark liquid when they mixed it in front of us - will never give my hard earned money to a Chatime ever again.. there are so many good boba places in Vancouver.

Staff was using phone, I was standing and waiting to order for good 2-3minutes, I need to make noises so she’s aware I am there waiting. After I ordered, she continued to use her phone. It took her awhile to make my drinks. This happened on August 01,2023 at 12:20

Pretty negative experience with the staff here.I ordered a regular sized drink, but was instead given and charged for a large size. I told them afterward that I wanted the regular, but was dismissed and told that there "wouldn't be any layering". (This was a mixed drink with two different colours.) I accepted it, as it's only 60 cents more so it wasn't a big deal.My friend ordered a drink with 0% sugar, but it tasted as if it were 100% sweet. He also confronted the staff about his issue, and was also dismissed because the "syrup made it sweet". We understood that the syrup would give it some sweetness, but it was definitely overdone. Not to mention the attitude that was given...Individually, our experiences were not so bad, but both occurring together and with the attitude we received I feel warrants a 1 star review.

I've been to this location twice. Both experiences were not good. Both times I had the same cashier. She was not welcoming nor friendly. I ordered a passionfruit black tea regular ice, regular sweet the first time. What I recieved was very light ice (room temp feel), not sweet, and I think I got the other passionfruit drink which was with seeds? (I've my drink at other locations and didn't recieved this.) I asked if it was my order and she said yes. I told her this is not what I ordered and she refused to get me a new one. And blamed me that is what I ordered. I threw it out I couldn't drink it. I thought I would give it another chance the 2nd time. I ordered a candied wintermelon iced tea. (Which I've order before at a different location.) The size, ice, and sweetness were correct. Tho instead of plain winter melon tea, I got winter melon tea latte. She checked that's my order and it was. When I complained that wasn't what I ordered. She told me that's what I asked for and gave me attitude. I took it and at least it tasted good but still... I won't be going back to this location. My fault for going back but at least I'm sure now.
