Chipotle Mexican Grill

I always come to chipotle because the staff are so friendly. Today the rice I ordered was hard, and Rajat kindly changed it for me. Thank you!

the manger was very rude
The workers even worst
Portions small
Not like the pictures at all
When I told them the portions are not right and the manger jumped in and wanted to over charge me
Other locations usually don’t argue with customers and give them a half full bowl
The workers are on their phone
They even have a worker to stay near the soda machines to check if you actually pay for soda as if they own the chain and they are the ceo.

First time at this location. After eating the chicken bowl, I had a stomach ache. Will be reporting to coastal health due to food safety concerns.

Been to MANY Chipotle's in North America and even in Europe and the Park Royal location is by FAR the worst. Garbage overflowing tables dirty drink machine not working properly and out of ice and the ONLY Chipotle that charges extra for 2 salsas with chips. Staff is not great either. Unpleasant and chatting amongst themselves almost doing you a favour by serving you. This place needs a complete overhaul top to bottom. Terrible representation of a great brand. PS Were also out of lettuce!

Ordered pickup through the app for 730, didn't get the order until 755. They also ran out chips that I already paid for, which they offered to replace with a bottled coke, I already had a fountain drink. The drink machine sprayed all over my pants when filling up my drink. Horrible experience

My burrito was very filling as it was very full and hot. Portions were perfect, and food was served perfectly. Staff were very welcoming and friendly upon entering the restaurant and ordering. The dining area was very clean, and saw staff cleaning as they go.

The restaurant should be called “Chicolde” because the food is never warm. I like the taste though. Next time I will take the food home and put in microwave before having it.
