Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered a barbacoa burrito and found this inside of the meat. Nearly threw up on the spot. Looks like a giant artery and some skin from some internal organ. Do not ever get chipotle ever again.

The franchise owners are discriminating & not hiring some ethnic groups, there is no diversity in their workforce. Food is disgusting. STEAK IS RAW

I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle location in Park Royal, Vancouver, BC. While the food itself tasted fine, the service was incredibly poor. There were only three staff members working, and they were rushing through orders without giving customers a chance to choose what they wanted.

They were running low on several key ingredients, including black beans and chicken, and even after I politely asked if they could refill them, they simply refused and continued to rush the process. I felt rushed and dismissed throughout, and the portions I received for the price I paid were definitely not worth it—especially when the bowls weren’t even made properly.

Overall, the experience felt frustrating and impersonal. I expect better service, especially when paying for a meal that’s supposed to be customizable and fresh.

I absolutely would **not** recommend anyone to go to this location. The service was rushed, careless, and honestly, quite frustrating. If you’re expecting the usual Chipotle experience, you’ll be sorely disappointed here. Save your money and go somewhere else you’ll get better service and a proper meal.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The portions are consistently too small and vary each time I visit, making it feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. The size of the meals is so tiny that it’s not worth the price paid. I’ve had enough of this inconsistency and will never return to any Chipotle location again.

After eating here I'm surprised they are still open for business. A broken glass bottle on the floor. Overpriced soggy burritos, and I'm still waiting for the flavour to show up. No juice, and soda at room temperature, like 20° C room temperature. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Instead of focusing on customers, the staff seemed more involved in discussions about their shifts. There was an argument—possibly between the manager and staff—that made the employees visibly frustrated, hyper, and anxious.

Apart from that, I want to acknowledge the turban gentleman and the girl who served us. They were extremely polite, guided us well, and tried to make our experience better. We truly appreciate their efforts.

However, the cashier was a completely different story. She was rude and even sarcastic when we asked for help with the menu. To make things worse, she charged us for sauces and drinks we never ordered. When we brought this up, instead of resolving the issue calmly, she became aggressive and accused us instead. Her attitude was unacceptable, and it left us with a bad impression.

I ordered catering for 35 people and had the worst experience. They were 15 minutes late for the scheduled pickup time. Started making it when I got there. Did not give us any bowls or utensils. They packed everything in little bowls so we still had to use our large dishes at home. All the sauces were packed in paper boxes and the paper was disintegrating into them. All in all it was awful and ruined my mom’s 50th birthday party.

JUST HAD A VEGGIE SALAD FROM PARK ROYAL WEST VANCOUVER LOCATION AND FOUND SILVER FOIL PAPER ON MY SALAD BOWL. JUST FOUND ONE BUT DON'T KNOW HOW MANY IN WHOLE SALAD. HOW CAN I UPLOAD PICTURES.??
