My entire meal was ice cold by the time it came out, and the waffles were almost stale, like they had been made long before they were served. And I believe that this is what happened: the meal took almost an hour to come out and only one item on the table was hot and all others ice cold, so the kitchen was doing a poor job of timing output. Service was not good either: I usually prefer to share when things are not 100% (mistakes do happen and the staff deserve to know so they can address it immediately), but as the server seemed to be avoiding us I had no such opportunity.

If you are looking for very delicious food (very well portioned) in a cozy, comfortable and pretty setting with warm and friendly service- Cindy’s is your place! My husband and I tried it for brunch this morning and the food, ambiance, and service were fantastic.
I ordered the Keto Benny- not because I am Keto, but because it sounded so good: Eggs Benny on roasted eggplant instead of toast! It was amazing. And the server offered me 1/2 salad and 1/2 potatoes. The salad was crisp and fresh with a delicious dressing. The restaurant was fully packed but it was not loud- it was cozy and comfortable.

Was ok but nothing to write home about. “Canadian Back Bacon” was pretty much a thin slice of ham and the potatoes were those little square seasoned things that come in a bag in the frozen food section. $21 plus tax & tip is a bit overpriced for what I got imo.

after sitting inside for 45 minutes i asked if our meal was coming soon and they had completely forgot our order. never came and checked the table once as they were too busy chatting behind the counter. unacceptable service, we walked out without eating.

Still great food with an updated interior (since my last visit a year ago). We got the waffle breakfast, and the omelet with potatoes and both were great. The space isn't huge, so would say its best for smaller groups (2 or 4 ppl). It was fairly busy around noon on Sat, but we were still able to be seated in under 5mins. The only downside is it can get a little noisy if others are all having great conversations. Otherwise we are looking forward to coming back!

$12 Eggs Benny Tuesdays & Wednesdays. Hashbrowns were spot on, perfectly seasoned and crispy. Portions lean on the lighter side, but still a nice midweek treat.

My wife brought me here for breakfast. I had French toast with bacon and eggs over medium and she had the same only scrambled eggs. We both thought the food was gorgeous, everything was cooked to perfection and the cappuccinos we both had were lovely too. The woman that served us was really nice too and it wasn't over crowded or overpriced. Highly recommend 👌

Maybe an off day so I'll be gentle.
Lucky to find a free parking spot right outside the door on the other side of a charming fairy garden. We made an online reservation for 1 pm on a rainy Saturday but no one greeted us upon arrival so we took the last open table for two. Good to see it was busy. Cozy atmosphere with fairly tightly packed seating and lots of pillows along the wall length bench gave the place a Persian feel. (Someplace for wet coats and umbrellas would be handy.)
Took awhile to get a menu and then 10 minutes for our hot beverages to arrive. My Chai tea latte wasn't hot but sufficiently warm. Our lunch order took half an hour to arrive: a Brisket Benny and an English Breakfast. We were on our second beverages by then.
My partner enjoyed his Benny but the hollandaise sauce was not hot. He liked the brisket and chipped potatoes.
My English was a bit disappointing as the turkey sausages and bacon were overcooked and the mushrooms were undercooked. My side of sourdough toast had no butter on it that I could see or taste. The baked beans were right out of a can and one sad slice tomato was just mush, hidden under the toast. The poached egg was, however, perfect and I liked the presentation around the plate.
Wish the plates were flat as the ridges made it hard to scoop up the egg and beans.
My second beverage was a Chai tea, nicer than the latte and hotter, too.
Nice atmosphere and friendly server.
2 for brunch, the bill was $72.

I visited this place in the morning, and it wasn’t busy at all — just one customer there. We waited for about 10 minutes, but no one came to greet us, offer a menu, or even acknowledge us. The lady working there was busy chatting and serving the only customer present, completely ignoring us.
For a business located in West Vancouver, this kind of customer service is really disappointing. Instead of focusing on advertising, I think they should work more on customer care and professionalism.
After waiting for 10 minutes without any attention, we decided to leave.
