Cineplex Cinemas Park Royal and VIP Restaurant

I don't usually leave reviews, but I don't agree with many of the negative reviews I am seeing here. I don't typically get food (apart from popcorn, obviously), so I can't comment on that, but the theater is clean, the seats are comfortable and the projection and sound are pretty good. It's at a convenient location for me, so that certainly plays a role too, but I enjoy coming here with my family.

This is the second of now two disappointing visits. As a theater, this is a great place to watch a movie. That's it. Get in, watch your movie, and get out.The restaurant is just bad. On our first visit, they got our order wrong and then argued it when I brought it up. On the second visit, we arrived a half hour early for drinks, we sat at the bar and were ignored for 10 min while the bartender worked in front of us. No hello, no menus, nothing.
