Crazy Raven Bar and Grill

The service here was impeccable, the food was phenomenal, priced a little high, but what do you expect when you're at the top of mountain.

Didn’t even get service sat for about 15 mins and the place was pretty dead. 3 staff but lack of staff willing to take orders or even bring some waters.

Servers were amazing. Food 10/10 great place for apres!

Our visit to the Crazy Raven started off well, with Tobias introducing himself and taking our drink and food orders. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there.

When our food arrived, the order was wrong. We had asked for chicken strips with yam fries, but instead, we got regular fries and an extra portion of waffle fries we hadn’t ordered. We told the food runner, but there was no sign of Tobias. As we ate, no one came by to check in, refill drinks, or address the mistake. After waiting too long for any service, I had to walk over to a server and ask for Tobias, only to be told he had left on a shuttle bus and that we now had a new server. I explained the food issue and that we still wanted yam fries, but by then, the meal was almost over.

We sat with empty drinks and dishes for 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Our girlfriends stayed to settle the bill, only to find that it was incorrect. Staff blamed a printer glitch but then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to tip Tobias. The Crazy Raven seriously dropped the ball on this one.

Staff Cami was very rude with supporting Supervisor Matt who just embarrassed us when we come back have tea to this place after few hours after lunch in their place. Cami mentioned that we had alcohol smell and don’t let go inside. Obviously we had lunch earlier in same place and had a few drink and spend money in their place. I understood that is only one decent place where people can eat in Cyprus but we were just shocked with customer service. On the end Matt offered come inside after embarrassing way to talk as well and even not apologies for their behave!

They need to update the menu as the prices are from 2020

Good chicken nuggets. Good amount of seating available. Much more elevated experience compared to Seymour.

I really liked the whiskey burger, liked the design of my drink. Nachos and poutine were delicious and fresh.

Service is slow, and inattentive. I understand it’s a resort hall, but $28 for a single party burger is ridiculous. It seems like management doesn’t care about what they put out for customers, because for the price of their food; the taste and quality is horrendous. I spent $50 for myself to get food and a drink. Waited 20 minutes for it aswell, the hall was not busy. I would have given a lower rating if I wasn’t in a good mood from snowboarding.

This place is a dump. The service is actively rude to guests just trying to get food, the food is cold upon arrival to your table and sometimes prepared completely wrong. I found dirt on my lettuce in my salad! Completely disgusting, and when asking the server about, she said there was nothing she could do. Completely unhelpful. Avoid at all costs!

They served me the worst caesars I have ever tasted in my life. It tasted like cold tomato soup. The drink didn't have anything from Caesars that I preferred to leave, also very expensive, $16 a glass of cold and bland tomato soup

Very average, it can afford to remain such as it has no real competition. Sat 2nd Marchopened 1130 instead of 1100

I shared a burger with my nephew yesterday and within 1 hours of getting home we both came down with food poisoning. Looking back on my experience the meat looked under cooked…..The wait for food was also very long.I had a slice of my nieces pizza and it was not tasty. The tomato base tasted like a 7/11 pizza.Disappointed and disgusted.

Average price to meal ratio. Food did not come out hot and service could be faster. Lighting a bit on the dim side. Seemed more like a cafeteria than a restaurant - would recommend eating somewhere else for après ski
