I ordered about 50 pieces of a span of a weekend for my youth basketball team visiting from Calgary. The staff was very helpful. The only issues we had my app was glitching and I did not get to receive rewards points for the pizzas we ordered. Otherwise great experience

Wouldn’t usually leave a review for a fast food restaurant but I think it’s worth knowing that I placed an order for delivery then watched the driver drive past my house and marked it as delivered. Reordered it and let them know that there has been a mistake but they did the exact same thing. Been waiting over an hour for delivery but no one will reply to me. Food could be great but I’d never know.

I have been living in west van from last 6 years and i almost order 2 times a week or somebody from home does it. Your service is really going down, i dont understand either the person who picks up call doesnt understand toppings and sauces or what ? Train them guys. I feel shy now to take refunds and free orders again and again but you guys are not working to improve it.Also ask your drivers to keep enough change when they come for delivery.

I had a take out pizza order for a group of 4 and it was ok, the only thing with the order was so salty and I am not sure if it was only this order or in general their pizzas are salty, but it was tasty other than that. I ordered their pepperoni, cheese pizza and chicken pizza. The service was good the only thing is we had to wait a lot for our order due to wrong input at the time of the order. I like them better than pizza hot honestly.

I order from this dominos on a regular basis… I live a few blks away… often then not, even though the proximity of the outlet is within a few blks it’s not hot in temps.. a few x in the past, also, lately I’ve ordered my regular thin crispy spinach / feta cheese pizza and tonight it came back to us quickly , but almost burned….so dry so disappointing. They were caring enough and listened with a manager at hand, and offered a resolution but, it seems they have no quality control in this location as of late I find. I would like to send a pic of my overdone pizza but I don’t see a venue here to do so… it seems quite inconsistent in quality as of late.. the delivery folks are always pleasant to deal with on a positive note
