our first time at this location and we were incredibly happy with everything ! food was great, drinks were fresh, and staff were exceptional- chef mohammad came out to personally greet us and explain the dishes (which we absolutely loved). will definitely be back.

A good evening with excellent service from our main server. I would say the food was fair. Prices on one steak item - Steak Frites - has gone up almost 50% in the last few weeks. The Happy Hour food menu does not provide such a good variety as before. Our main server, Mina, was fantastic. Other helpers, not so great e.g. birthday cake brought out with plates and napkins, no cutlery with which to eat the cake. Reservation time changed 1 1/2 hours ahead of our 4.00 p.m. reservation due to lack of staff. This was not timely information and makes me wonder if this is now going to the the norm. If not for Mina, I think we would have been very disappointed with the service.

Came for a game day dinner. Service was ok. Dinner was very poor. Starter salad and dinners were very skimpy and small. We had salmon, salads and fettuccini Alfredo. All meals were very tiny. We all left hungry. Sad after paying $125 after.

There is no consistency in the food , also they keep changing the menu , also we ordered the cheese cake as a dessert it was so bad , it taste so weird and definitely there was something wrong in it

I've always found Earls consistently good! A great place for family and girlfriend get-togethers. Love the Cobb Salad with prawns and a yummy Negroni!

beware that dining room does not allow you to order from the happy hour (no prompt indicating that when you book your reservation online). a bit silly

Why is it that this Earls is so often hit and miss?? Calamari portion must have been nearly 50% smaller than usual, chicken wings were tiny! Had sushi but had to make repeated requests for wasabi , ginger and soy sauce- the basics with sushi!! A lot of staff but young and seem more interested in posing than serving customers!! The location needs stronger management and training

Had a party of 25 for an engagement party and the earl ambleside was very accommodating! Brandon was our server and he had taken all of our orders and when we needed to make some adjustments later on, he had taken care of it with ease. Our food came out pretty quickly and overall was a great atmosphere to be in, would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back again!
