We’ve been loyal customers for two years, and this is hands down the best fish in town. We drive all the way from UBC because the quality of the seafood and the friendliness of the staff are unmatched. The fish is so fresh and excellent that every meal we cook feels like dining at a Michelin-star restaurant, no expertise required. The fish is just such an amazing quality; the flavour is incredible.

I let them know I feed my baby fish. They sold me a piece of halibut full of worms.Some small with red head and one worm was giant with a head the size of an Earthworm. Called several times with no reply. I work on a boat 7 days a week and can't run back to the store.

Absolute best place to buy fresh fish and seafood on the north shore. We emailed them recently about a gift card issue we were having and they emailed us back within hours helping us figure it out. Excellent customer service. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable about their products and has great suggestions and cooking tips. Prices are very reasonable and I think all their products are local to BC and Canada. This will be our go-to place from now on!

Fantastic knowledgable and friendly staff who have gone out of their way to provide super service on many occasions. As a long time recreational fisherman, I can attest to their abilities to properly handle fish. Their products are simply superior to what is available at grocery store meat counters and are worth the cost. If you aren't catching the fish yourself, then Fisherman's Market in Caufield is the best alternative.
