I have eaten at Five Guys on Robson before and enjoyed their burgers and fries. Today I tried the Five Guys in West Vancouver, and found the food very greasy. The fries were soaked in oil and ver salty. The strawberry milk shake was super sweet. My partner had upset stomach for the whole evening. It was very disappointing.

They have the best burger and fries on the North Shore. There's nothing fast food about this, it is very casual, however it is a gourmet burger.

If you're not a big near eater, order the little burger as the other burgers c9me with an extra beef patty. Same goes for the fries. They have big servings and it's very good.

Food was okay, not great, but okay. The fries were a soggy congealed mass loosely in a paper bag dripping in grease (the table was wet after). The burger was bland and the stale bun barely held together with everything just dripping out. Alright so food can just deal with, it's fast food.
But the front till service was awful. The individual working the counter never met my eyes while I was talking and seemed annoyed even having to listen to anyone speak. This was all the orders prior to mine as well. Reiterated my order afterwards back to me correctly, but somehow still managed to enter it wrong and required me going back to correct missing items. Everyone actively making the food had better social skills than the one at the front counter.
