Fred's is a restaurant with remarkably good food and excellent service. The atmosphere is friendly and cool, with speakeasy sort of vibes. The Italian-inspired menu features a range of dishes. The cookery was excellent, and the freshly made pasta was al dente. The signature drinks are well done with a great bartender at the helm. The service was great overall, and very accommodating. Fred's is a must-visit spot for a memorable dining experience. The interior is chic and stylish, although small in size so there aren’t a ton of tables. The appetizer (burrata) and pasta were delicious. Flavours were well thought out and executed quite well. The Mortadella pizza was good. Kids pastas were better made than most places do for kids and also included either apple or orange juice.
