Last night, just like many times before, I visited the Fresh Slice Pizza in West Vancouver, and once again I was extremely impressed. The restaurant was very clean, with all health and safety standards fully respected. All the ingredients used for preparing the pizzas were fresh, high-quality, and handled with excellent hygiene.
I would especially like to recognize Ms. Komal. She is an exceptionally professional, polite, and moral staff member. Her behavior was very respectful, and she demonstrated a high level of experience and dedication to her work. Her customer service was truly outstanding.
Fresh Slice Pizza in West Vancouver continues to provide an excellent environment, the best quality pizzas, and a place where customers can feel completely confident about cleanliness and hygiene.

I recently visited this Fresh Slice and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff member at the counter, Komal (with blond hair), was quite rude in her interactions. We could even hear her speaking loudly with her colleague, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. My recommendation: please speak more quietly and maintain a friendlier attitude toward customers. We come here to enjoy pizza, not to listen to loud conversations behind the counter. Hoping for better service in the future.

It was good but you have to clean the tables yourself. Also there is no knife and fork.

Very well service at front desk gud guy there named KRISH he made very tasty pizza and offer us gud service with friendly behaviour so he deserves 5 star ratings from me .. we spclly came from north vancouver to have pizza from here 👍
