The food here was really amazing. We ordered the special roll combo, and everything tasted great. I’m vegetarian, and they still had excellent options that didn’t compromise on flavor. The salad that comes with the combo was surprisingly delicious too.
The only issue we had was that the server cleared our salad bowls without asking. I had already finished mine, but my friend still wanted to eat hers later with the sushi when it arrived. Since my empty bowl was stacked over her half-full one, the server took both, and we were too shy to say anything at the moment. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did affect the experience a bit.
Other than that, the atmosphere was great, the portions were solid, and for the price, it’s definitely worth the money. Overall, a really good spot we’d come back to.

I absolutely love Kin Sushi. My family has been picking up take out from them since I was a kid and it is still my favourite sushi place. The staff are always lovely, the sushi is really good and always consistent. I am very appreciative they've managed to keep their prices affordable despite being in the middle of west van. Thank you to all the lovely staff ❤️

Small 10 seated restaurant, definitely popular with takeouts. I ordered their chicken teriyaki don for lunch and it was small portion but at least it tasted delicious. Service was quick and were mostly busy getting the takeouts ready for pickup. May come back to order more or just order their bento combos next time for a filling meal

With just a couple of tables they offer a limited selection of dishes but the fish quality is high, very fresh, nicely presented and delicious. We had very tasty miso soup, assorted sashimi, and a dragon roll. They do not sell liquor.

Such a fresh and generous sushi combo! The sashimi was buttery and the rolls were packed with flavor. Loved the crispy tempura and the salad balanced everything out. Definitely ordering again!

Previous visit: Ordered california combo + ikura to satisfy my craving. All very fresh and flavoury. A bit pricey else great experience. Recommended!
