3 elderly gentlemanmen and myself atedinner at this restaurant last night.Meal was great but our male server was very poor. My friend didn't get his dinner, arguing with major attitude , saying it wasn't ordered. I finally got up to speak with management said no server should talk to customer this way. It was extremely upsetting and bad experience. We eat there often. And that was a horrible experience. Manager took over. She said this is the 3rd complaint about this server.If we ever go again , if he comes to our table, we'll ask for another server. I've worked in food industry and no server should ever speak, with daggering eyes to a customer.It ruined our dinner.Servers name was , I think Valaz????I don't think this is correct name spelling though.Certainly ruined our always amazing experience there.I'm dissatisfied because by the time my friend's eventually arrived, my meal was so cold.Not acceptable.Hope this guy is let go, he's V9H restaurant isappointing feedback and reputation.

One of only a few favorite spots in West Vancouver. Our whole family loves it and we all highly recommend it. The food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent. Doug and Rob are the owners have created this a little Gem in West Vancouver and we are so thankful for this. They have a great team of people that work there and everyone is so attentive, caring and provide such great service. The entire menu is excellent and we have always experienced good times with family and friends on every visit. We highly recommend this restaurant and everything on the menu from apes to dessert are fantastic. Bravo!

Do Not Fall for Their Charity Contribution!!!We just visited this restaurant for their month donation for a good cause, and we regret it!They have a cheap selected menu for such a cause which mainly consist of rice.Food Wise, our salmon fish was not fully cooked through! Thin part of fish was cooked but not the thick section of fillet.The portions were 60-70% rice and the rest fish/shrimp and vegetables.So disappointed! We could have a good night dinner and also contributed for a good cause, but, that was not the case here!

Came here with family friends for a birthday. We were attended to wonderfully for such a large party. I personally was v happy w my dish: the 40 day dry aged beef. 10/10.Other shared dishes:- bacon wrapped scallop w risotto: 7/10. Mid for thr scallops but risotto was good- spaghetti w gambari: 9/10. Very fresh and herby- cod: 8/10- squidink (?) pasta w salmon: 7/10. Abit too soft- spiked affogato dessert (forgot the name): 3/10. The liqor was too strong for meThe pinot grigio: 9/10. Nice and dry.Loved the atmosphere. The cobble stone floor reminded me so much of eating outside in italy.

Love this place!Price is high but I felt like I got what I paid for.The rack of lamb, scallop potatoes and the vegetables were great! My date had the mushroom pasta with veal, that was equally amazing.Can not wait to go back again, was recommended by a great co-worker that I work with

Everything is perfect here! A must try!We sit outside in its garden, very cozy environment with a beautiful fig tree.The fig pudding is warm topped with gelato, one of the best dessert I have ever had!Frito Misto is deep fried calamari, shrimp and crab cake, they’re so crispy outside and tender inside, so good!Brianna served us, she’s so good, she always come at the right time, so patient and so sweet!

Even though it seems like every other restaurant we end up at are understaffed and inexperienced, this place surprised us. We came here by fluke after walking out of another restaurant (that shall not be named) near the beach, after waiting almost an hour for service after getting a table. We called ahead to make sure there wouldn't be a long wait and that we would make it in for last call. As soon as we got there Bella our waitress made us feel very comfortable and taken care of.The food was well prepared and excellent. Our waitresses knew the menu well and we were all glad that she convinced us with her recommendations. It was my father's 80th birthday and my mother's 75th. Bella saved our night!
