I recently visited McDonald's in park Royal , and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Customer service is very poor. The staff seemed inattentive, and my order took significantly longer than expected. The seating area and restrooms were not clean, which made the overall experience unpleasant.
Last time I ordered takeout and when I arrived home one sandwich was missing.

Came in hungry .. ordered a double o fillet paid for the double ... got a single one w. Extra tartar sauce. Med fries.. no ketchup given. The food came out real fast. I rather they took 2 more mins and got the order right.

The food most of the time is great but after seeing some of the staff and how they treat certain people I am absolutely disgusted I saw this Asian lady looks about 20-30 and she was being EXTREMELY Disrespectful towards a young black teenager while he was cleaning up his food she was yelling at him to do it faster and the young man was telling her to have some respect please get some better staff and I have seen her harass many others as well she needs to be fired for the sake of that buisness

Girl at drive thru after 1am says cash only because she doesn't want to work. Gets choked if you have cash and intentionally had you a bag with several items missing or wrong, no straw, no napkins no ketchup, mods forgoten . Probably spat in also

Food was hot, just warm. Nothing like waiting for table service sin e I hurt my back two days ago and it not showing up. IF YOU OFFER delivery to the table then DO IT. Don't start angrily calling the number you are supposed to be delivering to the table. Other locations seemed to have figured out this concept. Poor service. Not going back to this one.
