For how much it costs, its not good. Spicy tuna sashimi wasn’t good, wild salmon nigiri has a very fishy taste, chicken was terrible, gyozas were ok. Only thing that was actually enjoyable was the spicy california rolls. Very disappointed for how much we paid. Food quality lacking big time. Most likely wont go back.

Visiting friends in Caulfield and decided to order a takeaway. They suggested sushi - the place was new but we thought we'd try it. I have never eaten such awful sushi before!! Ordered 4 Bento Boxes. The dynamite rolls had no hot sauce, the California rolls were the size of a loony, dry and skinny. The chicken teriyaki was awful - two of us didn't eat more than a mouthful. They asked me to come in 25 minutes. I turned up in 20 and was told the food was made 10 minutes ago resulting in soggy tempura. I would never ever return - what a waste of $100.

Doesn’t look like much but wow the food is fantastic. Given the location it has to deliver quality food and it does just that. My go to place in west Vancouver. Service is also excellent. High quality fair prices.

Food was good. Had some new rolls. Loved their BC roll. Service was fast and they were very nice. We had takeout but it's a cute little place. Looks like they have some good lunch deals.

Ive eaten at many sushi places in Vancouver and in other parts of the world. Honestly this is the best sushi I have ever had. The fish was fresh and the sushi was packed with amazing flavours. I will be coming back again for sure ?

I gave them a second try. A sushi place in the heart of West Van. They messed up my online order. OK. Average freshness as well tonight. I am amazed that in this location, in the richest area of Canada, you can have such bland service and food. I dont think the owner gets what it means to serve quality. I will never go back! They screwed up. So many West Van rest are the same. bland, expensive, not much to offer.

Really great everyday sushi experience. Ratio of rice to fish on all styles was very reasonable.

I just had, to put it frankly, the most LIFE CHANGING, EYE OPENING, REVOLUTIONARY, sushi of my life. This enlightenment has allowed me to reach a nirvana of sushi. All parts of the restaurant were amazing, from the food to the service, to even the decor. As a native resident of the north shore area, this is by far the best sushi in this place. And to the people who rated this place one star, you truly have no taste and should try flavour for once.

I’m new to the area so I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately I really really disliked it. And I’m surprised since the reviews are generally good. The place has the most basic and tired decor. Like no effort at all. No big deal though because I’d sit in a cardboard box to eat great sushi. This was absent too. The fish wasn’t just bad, it was chewy, stinky and inedible. Even the salmon was bad, which is hard to find even at the worst places. Service was attentive and quick, but getting bad food quickly isn’t much to brag about.Mega is most certainly not a contender on the North shore. There are far better options that quite frankly include prefab conveyor belt sushi from Whole Foods.

The decors of this place is incredible. I've never seen such a restaurant be so appealing from the inside and the outside. The sushi was so fresh and it is definitely the best sushi place in all of Vancouver and maybe Canada. I usually have extreme diarrhea from sushi but every time I eat here I never have any stomach problems because the fish is so fresh. The insides are honestly so beautiful and I would live there. Ignore my step brother Marc Finkelstein who wrote a negative review. He has no sense of taste and only eats frozen chicken nuggets. He lives in my basement and critiques my mansion. He was just bored when writing that invalid review. Please go here it is life changing
