I ordered the spicy shrimp noodle bowl and it was terrible. I have never written a review before but I thought you should know. It was cold and had no flavour. The server said that it was a little spicy but there was no flavour at all. I'm sure it was just an off night because I've been to this restaurant many times and always had a good experience.

Overall food quality was good, however the BBQ chicken was overcooked and dry/ tough to eat, ribs were rather short of meat . Won't order the BBQ ribs and chicken again. Other dishes ok

Salmon with pistachios was delicious although the rice was lukewarm😙 California salad was excellent. I was treated to a free dessert for my BD which was very nice.🥰

My girlfriend and I went to Dine out Vancouver at Milestone's in Park Royal West Van last night. She had thought that the restaurant had closed down a while ago but I assured her it was still open. We got there for a 5:30pm reservation and told the waitress that we had a movie scheduled at 7pm nearby. I thought this was plenty of time. The appetizers we chose were good, the entrees sub par ( I ordered the mushroom ravioli which i was very excited about.. but when it came i found it hardly had any taste.. more of a taste of spinach than mushrooms- and imagine that, wasn't offered any parmesan to enhance the taste), the desserts were ok. The maple creme brulee had a nice taste but wasn't crispy on the top. Was more like a pudding consistency. But what really sealed the deal on this horrific experience was the lack of service. I am not sure if the server has been there long or not.. but there was an evident language barrier. We ordered Bellini's and a bottle of wine with dinner. When my friend went to the washroom, she came back and said the bellini machine looked totally watery. The waitress finally returned saying it will be another few minutes for the drinks. We told her to cancel them and just bring the wine. Needless to say, we struggled to find her many times.. and it's not like the place was busy at all. At 6:45 I think we were one of 3 tables in the entire place!! As the time for the movie approached, we looked for her and my friend found her near the kitchen.. And we waited.. the bill came and it was wrong so she left again. At the point of it being the TIME THE MOVIE STARTED we both got up to find ANYONE.. There was no one at the bar, no one walking around. Finally I found a girl at the front entrance to which I asked where the server was and she said "prob in the back kitchen".. then i said "is there a manager here? " and she said "yeah in the back kitchen too".. WTH.. Standing at the front and it's 7:10 now, the waitress reappears, no sign of a manager.

Alicia was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made our dining experience special. We needed a quick bite before heading to the ferry and the hostesses were so gracious and got us seated right away. Our server Joshua went above and beyond to make sure our food came out quickly. We tried the new lobster dip from the winter menu and some mushroom soup. Everything was excellent!!! Thanks for the great service, Joshua!!
