Murchie's Fine Tea & Coffee - Park Royal

The counter staff is incredibly slow and unorganized. It was 45 minutes for 3 regular coffee, 2 pre-made sandwiches and a danish. Absolutely ridiculous. A waste of time and money.

Gave me old burnt coffee. It was cold when I went back they didn’t offer me my money back and I didn’t have time for them to brew a fresh pot. Horrible service coffee was disgusting.

While I like the scones and atmosphere at Murchies, I recently had a terrible customer service experience with purchasing a gift card. When my giftee tried to use it in the store, it was rejected and when I contacted the office to ask for a refund, they offered no solution other than to tell me the card was loaded.

"I wish they had as good a customer service as they have quality products. The staff at this store do not disrespect customers, but they show no respect for them either at all. If you ask a question about the products, they become extremely upset, as if we have done something wrong by not doing our homework. If you ask a second question, they frown intensely. Everyone (except for one young Russian girl) behaves as if they have been trained to create stress for the customers."

Excellent selection! Well organized store, had a sample of both a hot and cold tea.

I bought samples of Masala Chai and Orange Tea respectively, as well as the white chocolate cranberry biscotti and the 300g coffee! Once I taste all of them I'll have to update this review! Overall the ambience was very nice, employees were patient and store was nicely arranged. Location is a bit obscured as not many people expect a tea shop so close to Sportchek, would recommend! There are tables if you want to sit outside the store too.

Murchie's at Park Royal offers excellent service and a wide tea selection, perfect for enthusiasts. A must-visit for tea lovers seeking quality and variety. My personal favorite? The Canada 150 blend—it's exceptional!

Murchies in West Van Library has a very nice man who serves fresh food and drinks just exactly how I like it with no fuss or attitude.

Staff are polite and knowledgeable. Products are of great quality.

Good tea and coffee to go. But when I was buying loose leaf tea to take home the sales lady was very agitated and really showed her attitude when I asked to smell the tea.

Visited the store to purchase a Christmas present. I selected a basket priced 49.99. on paying I noticed the cashier charged me 69.99. when I asked about the discrepancy and if they could honour their price tag, the cashier replied "*they* must have updated the price in the system. I just work here sorry". Since when is that the customers problem? There was no attempt made to honour the price tag presented to the customer. I will not return and advise you check pricing on everything before making a purchase.

Staff are so polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure shopping here.
