We ordered our family dinner at this location since the Davie branch was sold out due to Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, we had an appalling experience which will cause us to question patronizing Nando's again (at least this particular location).
It was a minor issue with mixing up side items but the response we got when we called in to inquire was very off putting. We simply asked for a refund on the item that wasn't given onto the method of payment but the staff member declined and asked us to come in to get the item. This is unreasonable since we live far away. What made it even worse is the staff member mentioned that there was a "big book of errors" with other orders and if we wanted to be added to get an "upgrade" next time in store. No thanks!
