Discovered this gem recently. Definitely now my go-to restaurant when traveling in the area! The food was amazing and so delicious. I absolutely love how this restaurant embraces the concept of merging art and food together. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was on point. Can't wait to visit again for my next culinary experience?

Be aware when you order so-called “today’s special”. We were in the other day and were offered halibut for fish and chips. Fell for it and picked yam fries for extra $3. My cravings for some decent fish and chips became nothing but confusion, disbelief and frustration. When we got the bill, they charged $48 for halibut and yam fries. With cod and yam fries, it should’ve been $29.25. A whooping $18.75 difference for halibut instead of cod!!!!!
Should’ve asked before we ordered. I had to ask the guy just to make sure they weren’t mistaken. Nope. All because I chose bloody halibut!! To top everything off, they failed to show generosity when they are charging their customer $18.75 extra- a piece of halibut literally looked like a shrimp tempura (Yup! It was that tiny!!!) Never going back here again 😡

I was so pleased with our visit to Olive and Anchor, the food was awesome, we had a group of 4 and everyone got something different, everything was top notch. The extra care and attention the paid to our one party member who had some food allergies was really appreciated and we were just treated really well by the staff. 100% would recommend a stop by if youre in Horseshoe Bay!

I have been here dozens of times over the years with my family. Its always been really consistent. O+A is really a Horseshoe Bay institution that the locals love. The staff does a great job of managing tourists and making locals feel at home.
My favorite are Fish and Chips and the Korean Bibimbap. The latter is served in a stone bowl that is SCREAMING hot.
Wondering what's going to happen with the new condos. I will always be back. No offense the the HSB pub but this is the local standout

The food has always been exceptional - whether it’s the mussels, the bibimbap, the salmon flatbread, the linguine pescatore (my fav) or their incredible soups - I’m always thrilled with what i get.
The atmosphere is spot on for the neighborhood: port side cozy vibes.
Bummed to see all these low reviews over the last while as they’re definitely not representative of this incredible north shore establishment.
