This is the second time I have used Skip for delivery. They were great. The food was disappointing. I’ve enjoyed Opa many times, not so much now. Hot food in the same container as salad? Pita jammed into the rice? And the chicken, dry and tough. Really, so much for Opa. That’s a pricey almost inedible lunch.Parking: Why bother.

Asked to get half and half salad, that was pre made in front of me and was told they couldn’t do it. Make it make sense hahahaha.Worst customer service in the mall and the food is really not that good. Big pass.

We visited to have fun, the food looked so good so we ordered but the cashier lady was plain rude! She took our order rudely, and when we didn’t hear her calling us because we mentioned that we were still buying food somewhere else, she put up a fight and argued that we were not listening. Food was okay, just the service was not. Although, we did not enjoy it due to the rude lady taking orders. Not satisfied at all.

We had an outstanding first-time experience there, and it's all thanks to the exceptional person, Aman. He was incredibly warm, kind, and understanding of our needs, especially with my two little kids. Aman's top-notch service left a lasting impression on us, and because of him, we'll definitely be coming back. Any food service could have more people like Aman to make every visit as delightful as this one. Five stars!

Rude girls that work there, they talk to eachother in their language laughing away and dont pay attention to what they are making. Girl put next to no ceasar dressing on my wrap it was so dry. My husband brought it back and told her and she argued and tried to make him pay for more dressing. Wrap was bad because it was not made with care!!!! Worst customer service!!!
