Had a fanststic experience with Vishaly. I came in, ordered a delicious pizza and forgot to mention to have mushrooms removed. Not only did she remake it, I offered to pay for the new pizza and they made it free.
Excellent service and excellent pizza!! Would recommend them to everyone.

Panago customer service was amazing and prompt at addressing my issue with having a bad experience.
Not all the links in the chain are as caring about the company image .
I think just deliver the pizzas in the order they come out the oven and it won't happen again.
This Pizza was amazing always loved Panago and worked there when it was Panagopolous Pizza. I ordered Pizza for my construction crew as a treat for Friday.. I was disappointed even before getting off the phone to order...
Dispatcher was delay after delay,, error in system, delay trying to group the combos for a deal, training a new person while taking my order. Then says it will be there in 50mins. OK, worst case scenario I get it. ..but this panago is only 14 min away!!
Then they call and lie to me, saying the driver is stuck in traffic. There is no traffic between Ambleside GlenEagles just cyclists! I used to deliver and I know for a FACT delivery drivers take the close orders so they have more chances of getting a tip. If you're over 4 blocks away you get cold Pizza. So it finally arrives 95 minutes later!!
Then the driver is handing me 1 bottled beverage at a time from a bag instead of giving me the bag cause he wants to keep the bag!!. Then after I pay, he watches the receipt as it prints out to judge his tip!! I put $0.01 cause I didn't know how to skip the tip prompt. You should pay me for my time! Half my crew left cause they had to take ferries and get home.. Then the driver (old Persian or Indian man with moustache) starts making comments to me about the tip. "It doesn't even make a difference why tip $0.01?"
Next time deliver the pizzas to the customers IN THE ORDER THEY COME OUT OF THE OVEN.
Its not fair to be treated as less of a priority cause YOUR HOUSE IS FURTHER FROM THE REATAURANT!!.
I know the game. Discipline your drivers and you should fire that one!
Omg they did it again after the customer service gave me a credit. They were 90 mons on 1 medium Pizza.
The driver called and I told him thwy need to deliver the pizzas in the order they came out of the oven and I was NOT friendly about it.
Takes the pizzas back and remakes them. Cones with a smirk and says "customer comes 1st" I wake up the next morning and I have a throat and sinus infection. What did they do to my Pizza?! I never get sick , I pre load supplements to prevent colds. They totally dosed my Pizza or put floor sweeping in it...
Panago has really embraced plant based and vegetarian pizzas as a chain. They have three seperate menus featuring vegan, vegetarian, and meat pizzas, so it's very easy to drill down to your preferences from the get-go. They release new specialty vegan and vegetarian pizzas seasonally, which I am pleasantly surprised with every time I try one.
They also have made it really easy to access allergen information on their website. Every ingredient is colour coded, so no more surprise allergic reactions to gluten when I try a meat substitute.
The gluten-free crust is pretty good too.

If you haven’t tried Panago’s salads yet.. you must! They are packed with a variety of veggies, cheese etc and fairly priced! I always add extra chicken, and I’m obsessed with the chipotle cilantro dip, I hope they never get rid of this dip! I often pick up the southwest salad on my lunch break. This location is consistent with the quality of their food and service. If you have an issue with anything you can contact them and they make it right. I love their pizza but I highly recommend their delicious salads as a healthy alternative!

The food one of the best FAST FOOD PIAZZ around the area. There NOT PLACE TO DINE IN however. The truffle and New York there the best. The staff, however dose not like the job from what I can tell. I ordered a medium size pizza but the same large size pizza was on discount for a cheaper price, and the staff decide to ignore telling me that.
