I just walked out of Sharetea with one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I come here often and have ordered the same thing for 2 years. I told this teenage boy my order and it was incorrectly made for me. They gave me a fruit tea instead of a milk tea and I kindly corrected them. The employee, he stared back at me blankly and told me that I said green tea. I told him I did, but green MILK tea and he kept rudely denying it and saying I was wrong.
His kinder coworker came and said they could not remake it because they were out of stock of the milk tea (??) and I asked for a refund please and she kindly gave it.
This young teenage boy working at 8:40 on Aug 14 truly ruined my night with his rudeness, and incorrectly blamed me for something I always come to get. Will not be coming back, please address this because it is very low of a established company

I was waiting 20 mins and I saw staff talking to each other for 10 mins and my cup was just hanging waiting for them when I remind them of my order the Asian staff with black hair gave me attitude and throw the cup on table then she started arguing with me. Horrible customer service 👎
