I recently ordered from this take-out pizza place for a family gathering, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.First, there seems to be some confusion among reviewers. This establishment is not to be mistaken for 'Casa Mia,' a lovely family-run restaurant known for its dine-in service and wine offerings. In contrast, this is a take-out only venue, you would never eat in.During the ordering process, I encountered rudeness and unprofessionalism from the owner. When I needed to change the size of a pizza, the response was belittling and condescending, which was more than distressing, especially since it was my birthday. Despite this, I proceeded with the order, prioritizing the needs of my family.Upon arrival to pick up our order, my husband was initially ignored by the staff, adding to the negative experience.As for the food, the pizzas were horrible. They lacked flavor and had a cardboard-like texture, making them terrible value for the price of $108.00. Frankly, even frozen pizzas would have been a better option.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. The service was unwelcoming, and the quality of the pizza was subpar. It's unfortunate, as I had hoped to support a local business, but this experience was disheartening." I would not categorize this as a family business. It is just one rude guy who runs a bad takeout pizza joint.

Ordered lasagna and a small pizza. Spent way more than the quality deserves, and the pizza wins for worst pizza I've ever had.I'd rather have a frozen store bought pizza. Crust looked and tasted like cardboard or came pre-made. Bland flavour.Lasagne was edible, but quality of ingredients go a long way.I was excited to try a small family run shop, usually you get a hidden gem. Not the case here.

Great pizzas and great salads. We tried spinach pesto pizza and pastas. Cannelloni are fabulous!

Very good pizza and pasta! You can take away or eat in. Try chicken pesto pizza. They also have some delicious pasta.

I had a disappointing dining experience at due to the owner's rude and disrespectful behavior. The food quality was subpar, and the owner's dismissive attitude towards feedback added to my frustration. I would caution others to reconsider dining at this establishment.
After a hike up Hollyburn peak we stopped in to Sorentos for a quick bite. So happy we did. Delicious pizza, great wine , lovely authentic service.

Have to laugh at the 'expensive' comments. Of course it costs MONEY !! It's great pizza. Stick to corporate brands if you want cheap.
Decided to try our local pizzeria .Paid $36 for a large pizza with 4 toppings.I have NEVER had such a thin, cardboard texture pizza with VERY little substance.maybe 1 slice of tomato cut in 1/2, same for non existent mushrooms and onions. Did see 3 slices of 2" pepperoni- contrary to the piles of pepperoni he claims to have pit on.extremely thinly I called him and actually asked he he made the pizza as there were 2 ladies in the small kitchen with him.Yes, he said proudly.Well- it is hands down the worst , overpriced pizza I have ever had.When I told him that, he said to come back and he'd make another on - then he changed his mind and told me to go somewhere else!So disappointed that we won't be going back as it's a block away from our condo and so handy.

Like many other reviews have pointed out, the pizzas are way over priced for what it is. We paid over $70 for 2 medium pizza that had barely any toppings. Very disappointing. It tasted alright but again, not worth the price. In the same category as freshslice pizza in my opinion.
