I don’t really leave bad reviews for service but I really disappointed with this store. I ordered drink by app and it took 20mins until they noticed my order. There were more staffs in the back but only one guy were super busy for taking orders and making drinks and there were 5 people ahead me for waiting drinks. Seemed he didn’t know how to make my drink so he didn’t even try to make my drink until other staff came. And even they made other drinks first and the customers who ordered that drink didn’t arrive yet. How inefficient! They even said anything to me for delaying or apologizing... I think they have to learn how to work effectively in service. Thanks for letting me miss my bus?

Visited a Starbucks in Kilburn High Road London, that produced the worst coffee ever. First cappuccino had no espresso, second try was stone cold.

They are consistently slow with making drinks. They also make errors when making drinks that are the same over and over.For the most part the staff are friendly but may benefit from more training.

They tell me everything has sugar in the drink without of black coffee , but after I went to the website find out there are tons of drink can make without of sugar . I think the staffs are just lazy to let me order some drink without of sugar . Bad !
