my mango dragonfruit lemonade was not pink at all. no consistency in their efforts
Went to get coffee, got poor customer service and worse customer service
Super convenient screen for tracking of the preparation of your drinks and food. Quick and attentive service. Tasty drinks and food.
Recommended, will come again.
Disorganized and unprofessional
This starbucks regularly tries to screw you on your drink. I order a venti brown sugar oat shaken espresso EVERY DAY from Starbucks. I have been to this starbucks on many occasions when I am working in the area. They will fill your cup 3/4 or more with ice before they make your drink. The second time they did it (in two days) I asked for less ice since the coffee is overpriced as it is at $7.19. The manager said OK np but then I got all kinds of flack from the lady who made it originally. She went about making three more drinks and then started to make me a whole new drink while bitching at me that it was made right. I just wanted less ice not for them to waste it and make a new one. I just grabbed the old one and left. Ambleside will get all my business from now on.
My girl loves the açai berry drink with coconut water and the cake pops so match!
I dont know if throwing order's to customers is the starbucks policy or not, but if not, there is guy working there and his name is (DLWIN)he definetely needs to reconsider his attitude toward customers:)
This place always deliver, Amir is my favourite barista and he is always so friendly.
Parking: During the summer parking can be quite challenging, but it's worth the drive.

Its one of the nicer atmosphere Starbucks around, it's got waterfront views at horseshoe bay , its got inside and outside seating areas , it can get extremely busy at times . It's got plugs for your electronics to charge here . Its very close to the ferry terminal . Staff are friendly here. Public transportation & parking around

Awful service. Not to standard for Starbucks at all . Even can’t get the grind coffee in a decent way . Poorly trained employees .

Exceptional location what a view. This Starbucks has great view yhe patio has ample tables or you can enjoy the coffee at the bay. The indoor ambience is also great with ample tables and charging points. The staff was curtious and welcoming. I ordered shaken coffee and staff was prompt enough and made it great the way I wanted. There were ample indoor food options. There was washroom. Parking was a bit of an issue. There is free street parking but good luck finding one on a busy evening or weekend. There are parking lots but this Starbucks is close walk from the bay. Over all I enjoyed the location, ambience and coffee. My kids had cake pops which they always enjoy. Over all highly recomended. Check out videos & images and follow for more detailed reviews. Also check out my reviews about Horseshoe bay and playground.

Music was a bit loud but they picked lively music that somehow cheered you up sneekily 🫢. The big deal here was Anita. It was a long day and somehow this woman made me feel right at home. Stellar service makes you relax. Well hell I didn't want to leave! Thank you Anita, you deserve a bonus what an awesome server!

It’s not just about the coffee, but atmosphere and service as well. I would never go to this location again, we received a rude and arrogant attitude from employee called “Ryo”
Zero training on customer service.
Very Sad

Of course it’s a classic chain Starbucks, with all your normal drinks, all tasting the same as usual.
It is however a quite slow location, I went in a few weeks ago and ordered one drink, it took 45 minutes! Luckily I wasn’t in a rush to catch my ferry, or else I would have had to leave, having already paid for my drink but not receiving it. I pray that they develop a quicker, more efficient procedure for pumping out drinks, so that you may never miss your ferry all for a drink.
Very busy with ferry traffic, as well as sports teams.
Good for all ages.
Kid-friendliness: Frappuccinos are quite good for the kiddos, as they are like milkshakes. However I wouldn’t suggest any of the caffeinated drinks for them, as they will be bouncing off the walls for days to come.
Wheelchair accessibility: Steps leading up the entryway, however I believe there to be a small ramp.
The cafe itself wasn’t exactly a mansion- it was a bit squishy.
