I told the girl that, don’t put water in the chai tea, but still she put! Even i ask them afterwards. The guy who pass out to me, said that it is without water. Crazy. I will never go there again.

This Starbucks location at Park Royal (right beside Home Depot) is one of my favorite quick stops when I’m around the mall. The place is bright and clean, with big windows that bring in lots of natural light.
The staff are always friendly, polite, and professional — they greet you with a smile and prepare your order quickly. Most of the drinks taste great and are consistent with the Starbucks standard. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
The space is a bit small, and during busy hours it can get crowded, so finding a seat might be tricky. But overall, it’s a nice spot for a short break or to grab a coffee while shopping.
Highly recommend this location if you want fast service and a good atmosphere.

Worst customer service ever. Nobody was paying attention as I doesn't exist there. All three ladies were doing there own things behind the counter I waited there to be called but nobody called me and started serving other people coming in.

We were out on a rainy evening when our baby urgently needed a change, and the only place we could find was this Starbucks. Even though they were just about to close, the staff kindly told us they’d stay open so we could take care of our little one. I regret not getting their names, but I want to say a big THANK YOU to the team working around 8:30pm on Sunday, Sept 28. You truly went above and beyond… amazing service!
