Sofia is the most lovely and kind worker there. She always prepares drinks swiftly, and they always taste extraordinary. She cares for each individual customer even going to the extent of writing names on our cups in fancy letters. She always makes my day and puts a smile on my face. 10/10! EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!

A bit too crowded, only one cashier taking orders, the lineup is pretty long.

To the woman making drinks at the park royal Home Depot Starbucks Sunday December 1st 12:47pm. You have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, to verbally attack a customer because they asked if their order was coming up after waiting for close to 30 minutes … appalling I hope management sees this and addresses me as they should

I am compelled to address the egregious mismanagement at this particular Starbucks location, which we visit several times a week while running errands. After countless visits—over 20 in recent months—it is beyond comprehension how your team consistently fails to prepare even one drink correctly. It's not just a series of errors; it's an unbroken chain of incompetence that makes one wonder if there is even a basic understanding of how to make coffee here.

This is not a minor oversight but a fundamental flaw in your operational ethos. You might want to consider this review as a wake-up call; your staff needs training, or perhaps a complete overhaul of your management team. Because right now, this Starbucks doesn't just serve coffee—it serves up stupidity on a silver platter. Do better.

This Starbucks is usually busy, but thanks to the amazing staff and skilled baristas, you never have to wait too long. Everything was perfect, from the coffee to the friendly service. A great experience all around

I payed 6 dollars for a chai tea latte and there was hair in it. The worker was also on FaceTime and did not really pay attention to anyone or anything.

I’m a Starbucks regular, I get a latte every day at multiple locations around Vancouver. I travel a lot as well and always go to Starbucks regardless what city or country I’m in. I’ve always been so impressed with how polite, kind and accommodating all Starbucks staff are at each location I visit. It’s so consistent at each location. However not at this location. For the very first time, ever, I was spoken to very rudely by a Starbucks employee. Since I’m so used to being treated with kindness during the rare times there has been order mix up’s, I was completely taken back by her attitude. My husband and I came into this location on November 3rd at 1:47pm. I ordered two chai lattes, size Venti. I only ever order Venti’s. Never grandes. When our drinks were made the girl working the coffee bar announced my name and handed me two chai grandes. I let her know they were supposed to be venti’s - as that’s what I said when I ordered them. This mix up can happen every once in a while, and Starbucks always just corrects it with no issue - as mistakes happen and staff mishear you or whatever. Instead of correcting the mistake she rudely sasses me and says ā€œwell that’s what you order so that’s what we madeā€. Shocked by her attitude I told her that I ordered venti’s and that it was entered incorrectly in their POS - she again said ā€œyou only paid for grandes and now you’re trying to get venti’sā€ heavily implying I was trying to pull some con on getting larger cup sizes for free. Which is incredibly rude to imply a customer is lying and essentially trying to steal coffee. Due to how incredibly insulting this implication was, I sternly told her again that it was clearly a mix up at the POS by the employee and we wanted our order corrected because we did in fact actually order venti’s. She reluctantly remade the drinks while she was visibly whispering to other staff about how we’re trying to get free upgrades and started getting dirty looks from other staff while we waited. When she was handing them to us she then said ā€œyou might as well take these grandes too, we’ll have to just throw them out because of youā€. I told her we didn’t need the grande’s. Because we didn’t, we weren’t there to con Starbucks out of free coffee, we just wanted what we ordered. Our lattes were lukewarm as well, likely due to her not giving a shit while remaking them.

I use the Starbucks mobile app. It keeps a record of all mobile orders and in-store orders. I’ve included screenshots of my past orders to prove I only ever order Venti’s and the day I was at this Starbucks two grandes were entered by the employee working the POS, even though I said Venti.

To the girl who made our drinks: dark hair, wears too much makeup - you definitely need to retake the Starbucks customer service training and learn how to be more polite and respectful to customers. If you’re unable to improve your attitude, then Starbucks isn’t the place you should be working.

By reading some of the other negative reviews at this location, I don’t plan to return to this location.

I asked for matcha frappe and got lukewarm watery mocha frappe. I waited for half an hour. Filled with untrained and slow workers.
