We were out on a rainy evening when our baby urgently needed a change, and the only place we could find was this Starbucks. Even though they were just about to close, the staff kindly told us they’d stay open so we could take care of our little one. I regret not getting their names, but I want to say a big THANK YOU to the team working around 8:30pm on Sunday, Sept 28. You truly went above and beyond… amazing service!
The Park Royal Starbucks team is always so friendly and welcoming, and Yvonne truly stands out with her warm personality. She greets everyone with kindness and makes the whole store feel inviting. The positive energy from all the staff makes this location a pleasure to visit — thank you for always making customers feel valued!
