Rude staff, garbage on floor.

The worst sandwich I took from subway. The employee work there is not include enough vegis and meat. Not recommended.

I am a regular customer here. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients, warm and one of the best throughout Canada like any other Subway sandwich with consistent high quality at a very good price. In fact I order multiple footlongs on every visit using deals on Subway mobile app because the food is healthy and I can cover my daily nutrient intake without purchasing any grocery, at less than the cost of grocery ie it is a wholesome diet!

You have to order ahead. A very few of the individuals, who are impatient, can have a bad service for various reasons like a bad day or some other unreal factor, however I make it a habit to order on the Subway mobile app every week whereby I get rewards and deals both!

Thanks to the hardworking and conscientious staff who put their best every single day. We can tell their effort. I encourage everyone to appreciate the work and healthy food.

From all the subways I’ve been to in the lower mainland, this one is the worst. The ingredients are never fresh. Old lettuce, old tomatoes. Stale bread. You’re better off going to another subway location.

My experience was HORRID. Had a NEW Credit Card Number. Used it here and within 1 HOUR I got 2 FRAUDULENT CHARGES of over $1,000 at Lulu Lemon and Browns Shoes. I called them and let them know I knew it was their restaurant as I had only used it there and it was a new credit card number. They didn't really care and said they will talk to management. Didn't ask for my information to get back to me. Didn't ask for my name. Nothing. This makes me feel as if this particular Subway is in on it. BE FOREWARNED WHILE USING YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE. And to the owners, you messed with the wrong ones.

The quality of the subway was subpar and resulted in an unpleasant dining experience. The food was not properly cooked and appeared to be spoiled. Unfortunately, all four members of my party experienced food poisoning as a result of consuming the meal. Additionally, the server's behavior was impolite and unprofessional.

Today i bought a sandwich to go and there was a girl in training with another one teaching her (staff). The new girl accidentally dumped a HUGE amount of salt and pepper on my sandwich and the staff girl “fixed it” by replacing out some of the tomato and cucumber, they apologize and I said I understand but I’m concern about the sandwich, the staff girl said oh no don’t worry it’s gonna be fine and just hand it to me like that. I bought the sandwich in the morning for my later lunch so I just tried it and it’s absolutely disgusting. Of course and as I said so much salt and pepper (I usually like salty food but this was way too much). I’m very pissed about it.

Hardly gave any meat or toppings compared to other subways. The lady was rude also telling me that the chicken teriyaki had to be toasted when the meat is usually just warmed up on the oven at other subways. The floors are dirty too.
