My experience was HORRID. Had a NEW Credit Card Number. Used it here and within 1 HOUR I got 2 FRAUDULENT CHARGES of over $1,000 at Lulu Lemon and Browns Shoes. I called them and let them know I knew it was their restaurant as I had only used it there and it was a new credit card number. They didn't really care and said they will talk to management. Didn't ask for my information to get back to me. Didn't ask for my name. Nothing. This makes me feel as if this particular Subway is in on it. BE FOREWARNED WHILE USING YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE. And to the owners, you messed with the wrong ones.

The quality of the subway was subpar and resulted in an unpleasant dining experience. The food was not properly cooked and appeared to be spoiled. Unfortunately, all four members of my party experienced food poisoning as a result of consuming the meal. Additionally, the server's behavior was impolite and unprofessional.

Today i bought a sandwich to go and there was a girl in training with another one teaching her (staff). The new girl accidentally dumped a HUGE amount of salt and pepper on my sandwich and the staff girl ā€œfixed itā€ by replacing out some of the tomato and cucumber, they apologize and I said I understand but I’m concern about the sandwich, the staff girl said oh no don’t worry it’s gonna be fine and just hand it to me like that. I bought the sandwich in the morning for my later lunch so I just tried it and it’s absolutely disgusting. Of course and as I said so much salt and pepper (I usually like salty food but this was way too much). I’m very pissed about it.

Hardly gave any meat or toppings compared to other subways. The lady was rude also telling me that the chicken teriyaki had to be toasted when the meat is usually just warmed up on the oven at other subways. The floors are dirty too.

Jan 23/ 12pm- The lady building my sub was abnormally stingy with the toppings, I didn’t want extra just the right amount that every other subway offers. 3 slices of tomato on a 12 inch, really! It was abnormal. I walked out.

The food smelt bad. Like the meat was off and the veggies days old. When I asked for a refund they refused. Only offered to remake it with the same food ?. Don’t waste your money!!

Food damaged by improper packaging and beverages placed on top of sandwich. Absolutely illogical and ridiculous to warm up and tuna sandwich and place 1kg of liquid on top..There was almost no tuna in this sandwich and I paid for extra avocado. It was mostly mayo and mustard and disgusting. I will never order from your garbage location ever againThe day before I ordered a meatball sub, and it was also a sloppy mess without enough material being put into the sandwich. I figured that it couldn’t possibly happen two times in a row. I was working on some house in the area for the last week. Very disappointing quality with the amount that you charge. I would’ve expected some thing that was edible.If this is how much you care about your clients satisfaction. I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to hygiene. This place is most likely a dump in a lot more ways than five. I’ll just get my stuff made at Safeway from now on. it’s consistent, fresh and infinitely betterTo the owner or whomever, is replying to peoples shoddy experiences. Please do not reply to me or start some type of patronizing game. I will expose you worse than anything that you are ready for.
