Jan 23/ 12pm- The lady building my sub was abnormally stingy with the toppings, I didn’t want extra just the right amount that every other subway offers. 3 slices of tomato on a 12 inch, really! It was abnormal. I walked out.

The food smelt bad. Like the meat was off and the veggies days old. When I asked for a refund they refused. Only offered to remake it with the same food ?. Don’t waste your money!!

Food damaged by improper packaging and beverages placed on top of sandwich. Absolutely illogical and ridiculous to warm up and tuna sandwich and place 1kg of liquid on top..There was almost no tuna in this sandwich and I paid for extra avocado. It was mostly mayo and mustard and disgusting. I will never order from your garbage location ever againThe day before I ordered a meatball sub, and it was also a sloppy mess without enough material being put into the sandwich. I figured that it couldn’t possibly happen two times in a row. I was working on some house in the area for the last week. Very disappointing quality with the amount that you charge. I would’ve expected some thing that was edible.If this is how much you care about your clients satisfaction. I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to hygiene. This place is most likely a dump in a lot more ways than five. I’ll just get my stuff made at Safeway from now on. it’s consistent, fresh and infinitely betterTo the owner or whomever, is replying to peoples shoddy experiences. Please do not reply to me or start some type of patronizing game. I will expose you worse than anything that you are ready for.

Quick stop off the freeway on the way to Whistler. Tried their rice bowl and it hit the spot rather than a sandwich. Fast and efficient.

Went in for lunch. Food was average. Service was terrible. Atmosphere was some of the worst I had seen at a Subway location ever. The restaurant seems like it needs a deep clean. Theres like scumminess all around the restaurant, it seems old and unkept. But the worst part about the experience was that almost all of the chairs were broken. I had to sit on a wobbly chair for lunch. It was one of the high top chairs. I went and told the worker working there. There was only one person working front of house. He said they are aware of the broken chairs and are working to get them fixed…….why would you keep anything broken on a restaurant floor??? It should be fixed immediately or removed. I will never go back to this location again.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options availableParking: Lots of parking spaces

Going in to buy sandwiches and drink.The worker had the nerve to my friend to to get of the restroom so she can go catch the bus ! I said are you serious, we are paying Costumers ,she said yes I am serious, wow thats not good Costumer service.
This Subway did a large last minute order for a birthday party. Free cookies too! Thanks so much Subway :)

I always have a great experience when I come here. Staff has always been very polite and professional without losing that human side. My business feels appreciated. Much respect to All of the staff. It is a very tough job.Parking: Most of the time parking is pretty reasonable.

It's Subway so you pretty much know what you're getting. A lot of Subway ingredients seem processed, the meat, the bread, the vegetables so it's deemed as a health option but is it really? I am not sure but I don't think so given it seeming to be processed. If they have a slogan "Eat Fresh" shouldn't it be all fresh ingredients? The owner of this subway should really put more effort in training the employees and doing quality control… everytime I go there it’s something. This time it was rotten lettuce, soggy tomatoes, they were all out of mayo and south west sauce and they put so much salt on my sandwich I literally had to wipe my sandwich with a napkin before I started eating it. I go back once every six months thinking it’s better but everytime it’s worse if not the same.Do better subway owner! ?
