unprofessional girl working…
Waiting for ferry and wanted to take sandwich with me. Ordered beef. It was horrible. Ate a few pieces of meat and threw most of sandwich in garbage. I used to love Submarines, but not any more.

The service was so bad and awful and tgere was a women there working which she was really rude. Also there was barely any beef in my sandwich i ate the bread with sauce

This subway makes the best sandwiches I have had from any subway location in the last 15 years. The staff is very friendly and they don’t skimp on the toppings. Would recommend!

The lady who works there is an absolute gem!
Staff is really so nice
There is a boy working, I think his name is “Kush” who really behaves very politely & calmly each time I visit there.
It shows that they are trained under good management.
Hardly comes to see this kind of staff.

This Subway has only two employees, and every customer has to wait over 10 minutes. The service is particularly bad, and the amount of meat they give is very little. The staff is quite arrogant, probably because it's a tourist area and they don't care about repeat customers.

Loved how helpful the owner was in our complicated order. He made it more simple and was really fun to chat with. Would recommend!

This is one of the few subways that still has fresh ingredients and gives good portion sizes. The employees here are friendly. I used to go to a different subway location in West Van which wasn’t the best, but I will instead drive the extra 5 mins to come here from now on.

Doesn't take their coupons
Would give negative stars if possible. Tried calling the store 8 times to cancel order. Hung up on repeatedly. Charged different amounts to add bacon. One employee Charged $2 another $1. Very rude service. Felt sick after eating lunch meat.
Ordered off app, (they) the store ..keeps hanging up on me and won't answer the calls.

Very frustrating that the app says to call if you need to change or cancel your order right??
yet no one's available or the fact they answered and hung up' full on saying hello to hanging up!!!
I find this very unacceptable for any business.. especially when it's a chain to a big company and will be contacting and emailing until I get this resolved.
Until then, I wouldn't suggest the app to this store or going there for that matter. .

These idiots spent thousands of dollars renovating, closed the business to do so and lost sales. Now open...
