Grabbed a small bacon egg sandwich to go. Quick service. Clean washroom.central Richmond-easy to walk to in Brighouse area. I have been to several subways and only order the small egg sandwich.

I wanted to use a deal on my phone and scan it but their scanner wasn’t working. They proceeded to blame the problem on us. The red light on the scanner wasn’t coming on and we told them and they kept blaming us. We ended up just leaving and not eating there. The 2 lady’s working there need training on customer service.

I recently visited Subway and was disappointed with the service. My sub wasn’t toasted properly, even though it was supposed to be, especially for the Veggie Patty option she did on combo settings nd took the sub out before the timer just to serve next customer . Another thing I noticed was that the employees were not wearing name tags on their t-shirts, which made it difficult to identify who assisted me. Overall, the experience didn’t meet the usual standards I expect from Subway

One last great at her job was gonna do what i asked but another lady took over halfway through and wasn’t doing what i asked. The first lady was kind and considerate but the other lady was very very rude and ignorant. I told her customer satisfaction came first and she didn’t care. I yelled at her because her actions were not kind. The manager offered to make me a new sandwich but i didn’t want to waste food. Well i was paying she swore at me in her own language which is very rude. And that tipped me off way more. Do not go to this restaurant at park royal if this lady was working. Other than the one lady being very rude. The other lady was very kind and nice well serving me.

Less than thrilling experience ordering at this location.

I wasn't greeted at all, in that I mean the person making my sandwich didn't say one word to me. She pointed at cheese, the toaster, condiments and had me reply. Not a single word. Just pointing.

I understand that people lack some social skills, or can feel awkward. But not asking simple questions where the entire basis of their menu is customization and requests is absurd.

Will definitely be going out of my way to avoid it.

Ate a footlong sub as I was eating it there was a long black hair told the staff and they called the manager and said they couldn’t do nothing about it weak customer service they should be wearing hair nets this would never be happening will report to the food inspection.
