Very poor customer service received at this location. Cold and unfriendly staff that do not appear to want serve customers. Will definitely not return. There are many better alternatives in the food fair to choose from. Both service and food quality / taste were disappointing. Small portions and not good value for the money.

Absolutely disappointing. The broth was so thin I honestly thought it was a prank at first. The Tom Yum with shrimp came with only three tiny pieces. When I asked how many shrimp they usually put in each order, the staff told me they don’t know! That’s one of the most ridiculous answers you can possibly get at a restaurant. Save your time and money—this place is not worth it.

Ordered the Tofu Pad Thai. Small portion - it was bland and ok. Maybe it is a one time error.
Love the taste

The service lady was rude and down grading. The food was okay, the only flavour I got was from the green chili. The atmosphere is what you expect from the mall. Giving a 1 star is being generous. You would get better results from the dumpster out back.
Avoid this service IF possible is all I have to say.

Worst Thai food I ever had!
The Tom yum soup was just hot water with oil floating and noodles with zero flavour.
The spring rolls were fried in re-used stale oil and were smelling and tasting bad.
The fried rice was just hot sauce and rice diced together with no flavour again.
The fried chicken was ok with the sauce.
All this for $60 is an absolute ripoff.

I’ve been twice recently and one time they forgot to give me my drink. Second time they used a prepaid card to pay and when the whole price didn’t go through they looked at me furiously as they entered a $4 tip and I paid for it. Worst customer service do ever go there. The food isn’t that good either

I ordered a Tom Yum soup for a quick lunch. I have been to this restaurant a while ago and had a green curry and I had a good memory of it. However the quality and effort to have authentic taste is gone. The soup seemed made from a powder. It had ZERO aromatics no ginger, lemon grass no thai basil, no cilantro no kerif lime leaves. No curry paste. No flavor. There was brocoli, carrots and bokchoi in the soup. Basically it was vegetable soup with a lot of noodles and some very processed chicken meat. It cost 13$ for that bowl of hot water and tastless vegetables. I told the staff that the soup tasted terrible. I showed them a screen shot of what a typical list of ingredients for Tom Yum soup is but they had no reply. When I insisted, one person said it was their version of Tom Yum soup... wow. !!!! I would not recommend this franchise. It is tasteless and overpriced.
