It’s the Keg. If you aren’t familiar with the Keg then allow me to explain. It’s a steakhouse and they have been doing steakhouse for a long time. It has modernized over the years but it’s still a great place to go for a great meal with great service.Tonight was my wife’s birthday and she wanted the keg. Interesting enough, we had not been to this Keg. I have been to many. Oddly North one close to my house.Tonight was lovely. The service, the birthday perk of dessert. All good stuff. Everything great as usual. You know what to expect and they never disappoint.

We called and put our name in ahead. We arrived and got a table immediately. Our waiter was friendly and got our drinks immediately and took our order. Our son got his bread and husband his salad very quickly..then we sat and sat..the tables all emptied..I never got another soft drink afterward..the waiter took my glass and never returned with another. Finally after about 40 mins of sitting, We got our mains. it took another while to order our desserts but he brought that very quickly along with the bill. We did leave a decent tip despite the inconsistent service because we did get good service at the start. Just to add my cauliflower bites were warm, not hot. It took so long to get our food I just didn't want to risk more time, etc, or bring down our dinner mood. We would return and hopefully get better service ?.

Food was excellent. The steaks were perfect, the tables could have been a bit more spread out in the main area to be a bit more private but all in all was a good experience.
We went to the Keg for happy hour. The bar is a much better place to sit than the restaurant. The sliders were not what I expected. Instead of mini burgers, they were mini shaved prime rib sandwiches. Now, you could call me weird but I wanted burgers. The sandwiches were good even though they had too much sauce on them.

ThiefI only went to that restaurant ONCE at Park Royal for a coffee disgusting I didn’t even drink it. TODAY I was look it my insights on my bank app to find out I’ve been charged 96$ that evening. I was seating at the bar but wherever be really careful don’t trust them or any keg
