We love Tim Hortons, but a lady who works in the cashier at this location (Letty) made us feel like we were asking her a favor. She was very rude and literally threw my husband’s donut. I have no idea of what was going on, we were just buying coffee and snacks. Perhaps she was having a day? Anyway… it doesn’t justify.

I visited this tim horton location today, I ordered my food along with coffee. After receiving my order I tasted my coffee and feel no sugar I asked for can you please add sugar in my coffee, employee name Navvy rejected my request and behaved very badly with me. This type of employees makes other employees image down too. I felt disheartened.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the employees name Navvy . I had ordered a coffee with two sugars, but upon tasting it, I realized it had no sugar. When I kindly pointed this out, the employee's response was rude and dismissive, which left me feeling disappointed.
