Love the people who works there.. Especially the lady ( manager?)who always shout out a big ' Hello ' though she is extremely busy working in that fast paced morning traffic...!But not just her, but everyone in general....Since i work in the mall as one of the stores manager, that's where i go for my morning coffee!Thankyou guys..!!You guys give a pleasant start to my day..!!????Vegetarian options: They do have Vegan options, which i love..!!!???

I used to go to Tim Hortons every week. Now I just don't go. Why? The sandwiches are truly terrible quality now. They used to have real food, real ingredients in the sandwich. Now it's some mush inside the bread. The coffee taste had also changed from excellent to disgusting. I bought a large coffee from Tim Hortons and it tasted like battery acid. I took it to the lady (possibly South East Asian) and showed her I had had a small sip and couldn't continue. The coffee was still hot. She refused to replace my drink from that atrocious coffee to a tea or coke. I left the cup for her and I'm never going back.
