Heard that the park Royal location was shutting down soon, and since me and my boo had our FIRST date here we had to come back and give it one last go! The food didn’t disappoint. I got the Caesar salad with prawns. Mmm heavenly… Im getting convulsions just thinking of the garlicy butter dripping off them . Caesar salad could use more dressing though. And the chicken parm was delicious! Server was also very attentive and funny. Anyways sad to see this go (this is not an omen of my relationship. Right? Right.) at least there are other locations which we will be visiting.

Went there for brunch , my friend ordered the Eggs Benny and requested them to be hard set .. they brought her hard boiled eggs !I laughed so hard it was the funniest thing seeing two hard boiled eggs sitting on her English muffins . I also ordered the Eggs Benny with smoked salmon I won’t be doing that again the salmon was so overpowering all I could taste was fish . We also requested extra hollandaise sauce which came cold and we were told that there was still a 3 $ charge for the extra sauce even though it was not touched, doubtful if we will be going back anytime soon

At 8:30 PM on a Wednesday evening, I visited this restaurant and ordered from the Happy Hour menu, as advertised on their website, table, and entrance. However, when it came time to settle the bill, I was charged regular prices! Upon inquiry, the restaurant manager informed me that they weren't offering Happy Hour that night. Yet, upon contacting other Glowbal Group branches, they all confirmed the availability of the Happy Hour menu at this night. It seems the manager of this restaurant changes prices and menus at their discretion each night.

My mother and I made a spontaneous drop in to this Italian restaurant earlier this evening. We had a lovely time together- the service was the best part, the atmosphere was cozy and warm. Unfortunately, it was the food that did not allow a higher star rating. ⭐️We started with a focaccia appetizer paired with a mix of olive oil and balsamic on the side. I would rate this a 4/10: it was only 5 dollars which is why I didn’t rate it lower. The bread tasted not like a typical focaccia, had no salt on top or any seasoning. It was dry and lacked flavour. There was far too much oil and too little balsamic in the dipping mixture. It was quite disappointing. We also shared a Caesar salad. I would rate this 6.5/10. For its cost, it could benefit from shavings of Parmesan (rather than shaker bottle parm vibes) larger lettuce pieces, and a sharper dressing. It was quite mild and underwhelming. The lettuce was crisp, and the waitress offered freshly ground pepper. I don’t usually like croutons, but they were so good. Flavourful. The best part of my entire meal tonight (low key sad as there were only 3 croutons) Then for my greatest disappointment. The crunchy mushroom gnocchi with Brussel sprouts. I believe it was the 1st or 2nd highest priced pasta on the menu. Honestly, I would rate it 3.5/10. It had a combination of wild mushrooms. I am not sure where they got “crunchy” from— as absolutely no part of this dish had crunch. If anything- the mushrooms were rather soggy and unsalted. The whole dish just tasted of butter and was somewhat bland and oily- with the exception of these large chunks of white onion that you see- that gave me a powerful hit of gross. I was quite sad, as I’ve had some very good gnocchi with wild mushrooms. This did not measure up. The gnocchi itself was actually cooked to perfection, but it was hard to enjoy it in all that oil. I have nothing nicer to say unfortunately.I probably would have rated my pasta better if it was a Tuesday- as every Tuesday all their pasta is $16. This price would have been more reasonable for the quality.Suggestion to chef: take oil from the pasta and side dishes and put them into your focacciaMy mother got the Hawaiian pizza. She said she liked it, yet only ate once piece? ??♀️I’ll refrain from delving into her psyche

Pictured: Focaccia, Sicilian Calamari, Burrata Crostini, Caprese Salad, Spaghetti & Signature Meatballs, Braised Lamb, Chicken Parmesan, Zeppole al Cioccolat, and Limoncello Trifle. Drinks: Mojito and Tiramisu EggnogEverything was delicious but my top 3 dishes would have to be: Sicilian Calamari, Burrata Crostini, and Chicken Parm. The drinks are a must try too. I just wish the chicken Parmesan came with pasta or at least the potatoes were crispier. Service 5/5Ambiance 5/5Food 5/5

The food was exceptionally good, and the atmosphere was delightful. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The owner was ever-present, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and he was incredibly friendly, warmly greeting us. Even the busser displayed remarkable consideration. Fresh, delicious Italian cuisine in a cozy, welcoming setting during the fall season with an amazing staff – it was a memorable experience.
