This is one of the best Vietnamese spots for pho soup. The broth is rich and aromatic, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the ingredients taste fresh. Service is quick, making it a great place for a fast, satisfying meal when you’re short on time.

Very disappointing experience.
The food had a very bad smell and looked dirty and unappetizing. The person who delivered it was not wearing gloves, which was extremely unhygienic. The meat was terrible and clearly low quality.

On top of all that, they refused to issue a refund despite the condition of the food.

I am truly disappointed in the management and this brand. This experience was unacceptable.

Banh mi is the finest sandwich ever made. I eat a lot of them. Vina’s is, hands down, the best one I’ve ever had. Ignore the mall setting!

Awesome July 5 dinner
Got the beef potato carrot pot roast (bò kho), fried tofu in tomato sauce (dậu sốt cà chua), pork & veggie spring rolls (chả giò) and some salad on top.
Old lady serving me was really friendly, even voluntarily told me how to use the dipping sauce for the rolls ☺️

Order a vietnamese oced cofee and besides they holdong back on the condensed milk, more than half of my drink it was ice. I understand that ice is part of a cold drink but for over $5 that is ridiculous.

They use MSG in the food so unfortunately cannot enjoy this viet food... so 2 star.

I choose Vietnamese food because its 'healthy' for the most but they make it unhealthy by adding MSG.

Its a shame.

Always grabbing lemon grass chicken set here and I have never left unhappy. Consistently fresh & flavourful food (dined 5+ times), generous portions and the staff is always so welcoming and generous! At Park Royal’s food court it’s always my first choice. Keep it up West Van Vina 👏

Terrific Vietnamese food. Best spring rolls I’ve ever had. The vermicelli isn’t dry like other places I’ve tried. The pork was soft and tender. I had Vina twice on my trip to Vancouver! Highly recommend

Buy curry chicken with rice and spring roll, I don't think it is curry, and it was not tasty at all, The chicken sandwitch seems to be an old one and keeps heating them, the bottom nlbread was like rubber. The price for the food was okay, but I would prefer something else.
Their customer service also supposed to be less than okay, but I do come in the evening, so they must be tired. after Pay, they just went to the back for a couple of minutes without saying anything. when serving utensils, also pick up yourself. Atmosphere, hmm, it's food court, so okay, not too bad
