I had a very frustrating experience at Whole Foods. I ordered a latte, but people who came after me received their drinks first, and I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. When I asked about mine, the staff even asked if it was a vanilla latte. I said no, but they still placed someone else’s drink on my table. I only got my own latte after it was remade, with no apology. The way I was treated felt discriminatory. Please don’t let your rudeness affect even the hardworking staff—we come to Whole Foods based on the experience, not just one person.

Apart from selling the exact same products at a 50% more expensive, they need to do something about the hygiene problem. The buffet is not attended by anyone so people just grab food by hand and taste it. I saw an old guy biting a piece of dolmades and chunking the half bitten piece back in. Disgusting... only somewhat nice feature of the place is that staff is usually nice.

The hot food bar continues to disappoint, an absolute disgrace compared to whole foods in the beginning. Low quality food and too often flavourless, with lack of variety. Commercialism masked as good quality food, sorry to say I am done, many other stores, with taking better care

I bought on Wednesday 3rd a couple of peonies And asked Alexa to wrap it with the open bottom She did an amazing job, it was unexpected Thank you so much for having beautiful flowers and amazing people over there!!!

The disposable wooden spoons at the store is not for eating soup and when I told one of the employees she suggested that I can seep from the bowl ! The soups are super hot I burnt my mouth 🥵
What a horrible cake! The brown butter cookie caramel crunch cake I got for my daughter’s birthday was so disappointing. We usually love whole food cakes but this one was unbearably sweet and tasted like flour paste. It did not taste like cake but just lump of sugar. I wish we chose another cake. Never ever buying this cake again!
