I regularly come to the deli section of Whole Foods and order the chef’s meal deal. The staff who fill orders are outstanding. They are friendly, kind and outstanding employees. I thank them for always being helpful and having a smile on their faces when they help customers.

My overall experience at this Wholefoods in particular has been great to awful. I usually go to allegro. There were two moments in particular that has caught my attention and this one person stands out named Tonia. She was very disrespectful and unpleasant on how she attends on customer service. She never looks at the face when someone asks her something or is very impolite when answers inquiries.

Lunch for 2 outdide the whole foods on a sunny day. 28.00 gets you a creamy chowder and pay by weight food. Both were really good! Fresh.

Sally that is working today (labour day) in the coffee bar always makes the best oatmilk lattee. The other staff struggle to do a good job. Please only use her as much as possible for making lattes. Don't wast her talents on anything else!

Too bad that can’t be said for the Robson street store. Terrible terrible terrible place - nothing worse than talking to a manager and she rolls her eyes 😱 ! No one seems to care!

Good collection but y'all need to fix some your fridges, they ain't maintaining temperature correctly. The yogurt, juice AND tofu that I got from here were all spoilt, on different occasions, even though they were well before the expiration dates. And no it wasn't during transport, I lived literally a few mins from here
Very healthy store. I loved the different hot and cold food bars. I wish they had a whole foods in the UK.

There were several flies buzzing around the food counter where the rotisserie chicken was located. There could be eggs, parasites, and other nasty things present on the food. Granted it is summer and it’s not a common occurrence but it does raise concerns about food safety and hygiene.

Bought 2 organic watermelons two days ago and it’s over ripped. We ended up throw away half of the melon. Very disappointed with the fruit quality.

The are groceries and pharmacies and many local gourmet. I would say that the price is reasonable. I was on a mission to purchase some supplements for my family. The staff was kind send helped pointed the items I was looking for. Great service overall.
