Consistently delicious food and a great atmosphere.
I come here for the chicken ramen and I honestly haven’t been to a place that does it better. I usually go to the Kingsway location, but I haven’t been back since my last visit because the service was… interesting. The employees weren’t rude at all, it just felt like they didn’t really want to be there based on how they spoke to me.
This location has been much better with service overall. I just hope Zubu supports their employees more; whether that’s better pay or clearer training on how to handle customer concerns.. because the food is amazing and the experience could be even better with a bit more care behind the scenes.

This location has been by far my favourite one by ZUBU! The ramen was excellent and delicious, staffs were all so attentive and engaging with the customers! Honestly i wasn’t a big fan of them due to my experience of having gone to the other locations but specifically the one in park royal has definitely changed my experience and opinion! Highly recommend this location!!

I go to ZUBU Ramen at Park Royal quite often, and it’s always an excellent experience. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are always friendly. It’s one of my favorite spots to eat, and the quality never disappoints!
Waitress came off as a bit cold (no smiling), but overall still great atmosphere & great taste. 🍛 You get individual (& very regularly maintained too by the looks & smell of it) bathrooms too so privacy is guaranteed. They have Happy Hour ✨ discounts for many items daily from 2-5 & after 9 PM so I got a total of $5.95 off on 3/4 items. Not sure if the shopped scallop cone (Temaki) is great just in general regardless of which restaurant makes it, but would DEFINITELY recommend it.

Alkaline Noodles is not my favorites, soup is nice.
Have been going to Zubu park Royal since opening. Have been very delighted by the exceptional service provided by Genesis. He has been there since opening and always has a smile on his face and always on his A game. Ramen is excellent, Chicken Karage is delicious and kids love the Mochi balls!
