Sadly short staffed only one guy running drive through and walk in. The chicken burger I ordered was as terrible, obviously cooked in old oil, quickly slapped together and too much honey mustard. The curly fries and mozzarella sticks were cooked in the same oil. Overall really bad food

Ordered a beef and cheddar but there was hardly any beef in it so I asked for a remake and the manager that was working the counter tottaly flipped out, it made me extremely unconftrable I just wanted a new sandwich. He definetly does not handle critism well, he seems like the kind of person to yell at his employees and I think the amount of meat was less than usual, I eat at Arby's often and never seen so little meat. I won't be coming back here, which sucks because I love Arby's. I think corporate needs to look into the training of this location.

Sat in the drive thru line up for 15 minutes with one car in front of me, couldn’t order at the speaker because it was broken and had a sign at the window for honk for service so I did. Couple kids goofing off in there drinking pop and kept looking at me and never got service. I waited almost 10 minutes and left. Will never go back again

Just wanted curly fries fifteen minutes before they closed and we are greeted by a man in a turban coming out of the back of the store who yells “we’re closed” no apology at all! Extremely disappointed and won’t be visiting Arby’s again:(

Great place, just off the highway. The food was excellent. We were there on a weekday for lunch, and the restaurant seemed a little understaffed. But the food was worth the slightly longer wait.

I can never get enough Arby’s and this place does it perfect literally every time. It’s always perfectly fresh, the service is just outstanding. I feel very valued as customer every time I go. Old school service with a smile.
Went back after a disastrous experience to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'll probably go to Kelowna if I'm really wanting Arby's in the future.

Dear Arby's, your spicy fish sandwich should be called "the one that got away". For over 9 dollars there was about 2 inch across and an 1/8 of an inch high deep fried fish patty. The deep fry was so crispy you could barely see any fish inside. Thanks for almost half a bun of nothing since your fish was so small. The only good thing was the flavor of the spices.

Making a special trip to this Arby's after driving from Vancouver to Penticton & back home & we're very disappointed. We upgraded 2 combos with orange milkshake. They only put a "little" bit of orange syrup in it but did not blend It, so it just tastes like vanilla.
Even when you do mix it with straw, it's still prominently vanilla. Very very very very little orange flavor.
Now let's move on to the combos & what they cost. $18 for just 1 combo yikes! & of course, they didn't have the price of the combos up.
$8.99 for just for a sandwich that was supposed to be a double but had very *little* meat on it. $2 for gravy that was only filled a quarter full.
$56.26 for 2 combos, kids combo & extra sandwich. It's a luxury to eat out now because this was by far the least favorite of all my Arby's visits to date!
