You can't pee before you order. You have to buy something then pee. There was no soap in the soap dispenser, so I used my own disinfectant wipes. I wiped the dirty table I sat at with a 2nd disinfectant wipe, and it was black. Picture attached. Dirty tables, and I'm the only costumer in here. Paid $10 for a small soggy poutine. Fries tasted freezer burnt and old. Frying oil tasted old with different flavors in it. They keep their vinegar packets in the fridge which then made my poutine cold. The hot gross poutine comes in a plastic box so that microplastics seep into your gut lining. Use cardboard boxes like other fast food restaurants do for poutines! I threw out the food after one bite and left! Never coming back! Go to WK's DQ! Always fresh and good service!

I enjoyed my experience and was happy to see my food was fresh and ready to go, the service was out of this world and brought up my mood instantly. I just got fired from my job and was craving those fries, I was so sad and hungry. I needed that job. After looking at the other reviews I wonder if we are at the same place lol. I love Arby's and always will please go eat their curly fries your gonna love them. Thank you Arby's!!

Although Arby's has a reputation for food that panders to some, I can go either way on it. My gripe is more with the service and atmosphere. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was obvious that the resuraunt was under staffed, and filled with individuals that hardly cared about their jobs as they were sluggish, and were invested more about their daily dramas.

Sadly short staffed only one guy running drive through and walk in. The chicken burger I ordered was as terrible, obviously cooked in old oil, quickly slapped together and too much honey mustard. The curly fries and mozzarella sticks were cooked in the same oil. Overall really bad food
