Went in today @ 2pm no one sitting at the tables. Veggies were empty! I asked for a beef bowl which employee was scraping the container and said he hasn’t had a chance to fill it, it would take 6 mins go have a seat! ALL tables I went to sit at were dirty! I got my bowl and at best 2/10. Young man working was rude. Floors were so dirty. Door was filthy! Will not be back. Tried calling the manager to relay my experience but phone call won’t go through for over an hour. Do better

I ordered off door dash tonight because I’m sick. Normally I’ve had no complaints but tonight whoever is working. 1. Can’t read instructions on the actual order 2. Why tf did you put COLD drinks on warm food?

Service was good, chicken tacos were decent, but the fish taco was mushy and smelt very very bad. We could not eat them. Also disappointed to learn that this company does not give the employees their tips, as we left one for the nice employee serving us.

I’ve been coming here for over a year .. rarely with any issue . My burrito bowls were fine aside from the huge chunks of lettuce but then … the churros were covered in a thick layer of cinnamon , . It was very unpleasant , the cinnamon was overpowering making it difficult to eat . Almost like eating a spoonful of pure cinnamon on its own .. All 3 churros were so dark when my boyfriend was picking up the order , he thought I bought the Oreo ones .. but that was not the case . Very disappointed in the order today and I’m not sure if I can order churros here again until I know it will be fixed . Kinda ruined the experience in the end of the meal . :(

I just had "jesse" serve me. As soon as I began my interaction with jesse he yelled at me as if he was short tempered and not enjoying his job. I asked if he needed 5 minutes to himself to collect himself and he insisted it was so I could hear him. I placed my order after he apologized and he did not follow directions and put corn in the burrito. If I was allergic to corn this would have been a deathly mistake and when I brought it towards him he brushed it off and did not offer to remake it or comp the meal. I would recommend you put jesse in a crash course in service if he continues to work at your establishment as I have previously had good interactions at this specific location and chose to come back because of it. Now I have hesitations if jesse were to handle my food again without care or concern and a awful attitude. I am aware we are all going through a lot but it's not acceptable behavior to project onto a paying customer.

Ordered their crispy fish regular burrito. It was quite filling, I think it’s okay though. The employee was very kind. I do still prefer chipotle.

This location has definitely gone downhill since first opening. The original staff was wonderful, fast and knowledgable. Now the hires are slow, try to tell me that what I ordered is not the same price as listed on the menu, that 3 tacos no longer (and have never) come with chips and become incredibly skimpy with the toppings. Also, the store has apparently decided to discontinue the corn tortillas. I was a weekly customer in the beginning (to the point that the original staff knew my order). I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My burrito was so good, service was excellent i highly recommend to visit and try it, owner is really nice. I really love the place.
