Ordered for pickup. Was fast, fresh, large portions and tasty. Noticed the restaurant was clean when we went in to pick up. We had people from Vancouver visiting and they piled their plates high and raved about how tasty and fresh the food was.

I thought the food here was perfect, I ordered combo 3 - I picked it up in person. I wouldn’t say this is a “dine in spot” but if you’re going to pick up your food fresh, I was super happy with my order. Keep in mind if you order from Uber Eats or Skip alike. And your delivery driver takes an hour to get to you, then yeah - your food likely won’t taste as good. I really enjoyed my meal, hit the spot, chicken chow mein, chicken fried rice, and sweet and sour pork. Was made fresh took about 20 minutes and I enjoyed it hot. I read the reviews and took a chance - worked out for me, again. Order it for pick up and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it and if you order it for delivery, that’s not on the restaurant 🙏🏻

The sesame chicken was so lovely!! It had a smidge of a gingery flavour and I absolutely LOVED that! What a nice touch. Chicken chow mein was to die for and the almond chicken was so crispy and cooked to perfection!

I ordered for delivery and 40 mins after the delivery was expected, it had not arrived. I called to ask if it was on the way. The gentleman told be that they had removed delivery online recently (but must’ve been a glitch in the system)
He was soooo apologetic and immediately offered to drive the food to my home.
I thought the food would be cold by then, but it was piping hot! 🔥🔥🔥

Great food and exceptional service overall! 😁🙏🏽 Definitely ordering again!

If you don’t want to feel like shit after eating Chinese (as per usual after eating Chinese food) This food was delicately flavoured , not too salty or greasy! The war wonton was packed with fresh vegetables and home made wontons. The chicken chow mein was delicious. This is the cleanest Chinese I have ever had! Beef n Broccoli is the Goldie locks of Chinese. Flavourful and satisfying but not greasy and sickening.

We went into eat and there are boxes and random stuff everywhere. The table beside us had no one sitting at it, but a half eaten plate of food. Wasn't welcoming at all, and there was no one else there. We left without ordering

I’m so disappointed this time around. Their food is usually good, although last time I ordered their ginger beef it was rock hard and not ginger/spicy at all.
THIS time, I went outside of my norm and ordered some “coconut” shrimp. Typically I stick to the “dinner for” combinations but I thought I would treat them to something they’ve historically LOVED. Seeing the picture on their website I was assured we would all fight over the shrimps! When they arrived… wth are these? Did I order the right thing? These are just breaded and don’t taste like coconut at all. They are thick, dry & rock hard. I called the store and asked if there was a menu change or something and he said nope that’s how they do it.. I told them about the advertised & received vast differences and he said “I wonder if the picture you saw was just a stock photo” honestly, probably. So I told him the website should be updated because it is so misleading and had I known this is what I would get, I would have ordered the tempura shrimp! Another beloved shrimp style. I was offered no resolution, just a yep that’s how we do it. So now we’ve got a bunch of left over shrimp no one wants to eat that I paid $16 to get 2 orders of. A big pile of breading on the side of the plate for the one person who bothered to try them out.

I love ordering from this place because their chow mein is how I like it. The almond chicken is great. Ginger beef is a write off unfortunately and now coconut shrimp.

Ultimately I would have been okay with a partial refund offered for the shrimp. Anything. Not just a shrug and a “well i have your order number. If we need to contact you we will.” Not even a guarantee of a manager calling me back when they have time. I’m sad. I’ll probably end up ordering from them again but now I know better on 2 dishes I won’t be spending extra money on when I try to treat my family. Who can afford to waste money on bonus quality these days??

Had delivery so can’t review atmosphere. Although the food did arrive hot it was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Never had to add salt before. Tasteless wonton, tasteless chow mein, the only thing that wasn’t tasteless was the broccoli. Salt is a recommended seasoning for a reason. Will never order her again.

This was a good place. We ate here often. Maybe a new cook? Today meal was twice the promised time, by itself not such a big deal. However, it was also not cooked to the previous standards. Odd flavors. Pork rice had a dog food smell. I'm not sure the chicken was actually chicken. Not joking. Perhaps tilapia? Stretchy weird texture and fiber length. To top it off my daughter pulled a curled sharp piece of metal out of her mouth. Hopefully, the only piece was the one she found! We'll stay away for a few months, if not longer, as I'd recommend to anyone. (Nov '24)

Worst Chinese i have had in a long time. Ordered a dinner for 2, almond chicken tasted like shrimp, sweet and sour pork was overdone. Never go there! Will try and get some $ back. Go elsewhere....

I am sad leaving this review. They have been our go to Chinese food but the last take out meal was really aweful as was the one before it. Last time they sent the wrong dish and replaced it with the correct one and demanded the wrong dish back or we would have to pay for it. I explained that some had been taken out and they wanted it back anyway. I gave it to the driver and he returned it to the restaurant. I contemplated calling public health as it is a violation of public health policies. Our last meal was truly aweful. Fried rice was cold and definitely not fresh. It tasted odd so we threw it out. Sweet and sour chicken was undercooked and raw. An 85 dollar meal and most was thrown out because it was inedible.

We ordered take-out and it was delicious. I couldn’t wait until the morning to have some left-overs for breakfast. I’m not exaggerating, the food was good.
