Booster Juice

Worst booster juice I’ve been to. I came here twice for a smoothie bowl and both times frozen banana when it says fresh bananas on the menu. Each time the smoothie was made wrong. There wasn’t even any granola. My partner got a juice and it was absolutely all ginger and lemon. Complete waste of time and money.

Great smoothie place, very yummy with good, friendly service!

This place by far the worst booster juice I’ve been to. I stood around for 10 minutes before someone even came from the back. Then he proceeded to make me the wrong drink after he checked for the ingredients of the one I asked for.

I ordered a combo (smoothie & a sandwich). The whole point of my order was to get a smoothie. I had also wanted a tuna melt. They substituted the entire thing with a singular chicken quesadilla, & no drink. If that’s what I wanted, it’s what I would’ve ordered. They did all this without notifying me or asking if it was ok. How is that in any way a substitute? The guy on the phone couldn’t tell me why either and seemed he had no idea. It was sloppy & runny. Wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t order it again.

I just picked up a smoothie and some booster balls from the booster juice this morning and I have to say the young girl working this morning was friendly, she smiled at me, made eye contact, she was informative, and efficient! I appreciate starting my morning by going into a business and being greeted like somebody cares!

This is a specific shout out to the girl work this afternoon on Aug 26th. She was by herself and had several customers with myself being last in line. I thought 'this is going to take awhile' and almost left but she had everyone ringed in and served within minutes. Incredible efficiency!

We were very happy to stop at this location leaving Kelowna, West Kelowna it wasn’t on the map

ordered an açai bowl & this is what i received..tried to call & speak with a manager to come to some sort of solution everytime i called i’d be hung up

incredibly poor service. walked half an hour to get a smoothie. got there 15 mins before closing and was denied service even after explaining i just walked just to get there. a father and little girl came in right after me and was also denied, the little girl left very sad. unfortunate experience. happened at 4:45 march 7th.

Update: this was made right for me very promptly so changing this review, great service on their part fixing their mistake!Door locked at 4:44 today and online AND their sign says 5:00. So much for that...

They never have food ready at this location and 50/50 chance the smoothie is made right. Not recommended.
