Worst take-out food experience of our families lives. We are forever haunted by the the taste and service we had to endure. We had to attend family counselling just to try and forget the atrocities of this event. Avoid this restaurant at all costs if you value your life on this planet.
On a serious note:
-Missing items
-Big Dipper was consistency of beef jerky
-Italian sausage were like mini hockey pucks

Had a really good time for my bday supper last night. It’s been so long since I’ve been to bps, staff was wonderful, food was delicious and they literally played Harry styles when I asked 🥹 (lol).

The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Cold undercooked food not made as ordered. After a long day at work all we wanted was dinner made for us. Called to let them know the problem & the reply is that they use a 3rd party for deliveries. Not BP's problem, even for the meal not being made as asked for.... lol. The rude young person who I tried to put a complaint in with has no idea what's going on "in general" needs to remember who pays her wages.
