I have ordered the chicken burger numerous times, complained about the grease because they dont let the chicken drain numerous times.....I'm officially grossed out. I won't ever be going to burger King again even tho I used to love them...they let themselves go, they aren't responding to feedback. I tried speaking to them numerous times without any public comment. I'm grossed out. Defenitely don't order the crispy chicken.

Picked up food headed back to Penticton. Continued driving while eating... first thing they needed to change oil for fries...not the best taste. Finally got to my burger and it was missing bacon. The burger also wasn't the quality as Burger King Penticton. Keep driving is what I want to recommend. Had to give it 1 star to post although they didn't deserve it.

This Burger King is located conveniently on the highway in West Kelowna. Every time we travel to the Okanagan, once a month, we stop here to get breakfast for the drive home. This location is a fast food unicorn. It's clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is spot on fast food yummy. The egg and sausage muffin, hashbrowns and coffee is my go to and all for 8$. And, a word about the coffee, it's really good. Better than Timmy's or Mickey D's. I don't do Starbucks. I prefer making my coffee at home, but their coffee is objectively good. This location is right next to a Starbucks, which is typically lined up. I don't get it. Your money goes father here.

Place was clean and tidy. Had a double Whopper. It had fresh ingredients, well put together, not slapped together. Absolutely delicious. Best Burger King burger I have had anywhere in the world! So good, I make a point of complimenting the cook!

The worst customer service Ever!!! Do not go to this place unless u want to be disappointed.. Terrible owner ther.. I will never go there again what a terrible place.. I wish Zero stars was available here .. What a whopper of a fail STAY AWAY .. U have been Warned ⚠️
Went here on a Saturday, was not very busy. Went inside to eat was clean and the lady took our order right away only to make us sit and then wait . Watched as they served two drive through orders, one akio order and two other walk ins after us while we still waited for our food. When we got it the fries, onions rings and burgers were all like warm to cold. No apologies from them. The BK in kelo na might be an older building but better service and serve hot food! Stay away from the west Kelowna location unless you have nothing but time to waste and lik cold food.

Hands down, THEE best BK I've been to anywhere ever and I've been to BK's all over the world... even Japan. Always Hot & Fresh no matter what time you hit the drive thru, lounge, or SKIP/DASH. Great deals on the delivery apps as well.
Food tastes freshly grilled, burgers have always been fully assembled for me. I unwrap and the burger looks like it does on the menu, unlike certain other fast food chains where the burgers are so poorly thrown together you have to reassemble them yourself.
Chicken fries are obviously not the highest quality chicken but for an occasional treat the kids love them and you can't beat the value for your money here. Always so perfect, never had an order that needed to be sent back or had anything made incorrectly.
Let's face it, Fast Food is never really anything exceptional. The best you can hope for from your favorite chain is consistency. This BK consistently serves great food at better than competitive pricing and the staff are the most professional Fast Food employees I've ever met. Super polite, genuinely nice human beings (hard to find these days).
Why eat with a clown, when you can dine as a King? 🤣

Tonight I got a double Whopper Jr with cheese. I asked for them to melt the cheese. The last Whopper Jr was cold. Tonight it was so yummy just like a Whopper.. It was super hot and tasty. I even called back to tell them how good it was!! Thank you Suki!!
