Was here for dinner. The edamame beans were not too warm No bento box to stay in Served on a take out box and they don’t bring it to you. I never like the man taking the order. Very abrupt he was. Won’t be back..

I honestly have low expectations for every aspect of the fast food experience. But I was really impressed by this Edo location in West Kelowna today. First of all, the restaurant is immaculate. Super clean tables, seats, floors, bathrooms, everything. The employees are working very efficiently together like a well oiled machine. The cashier who served my family was super friendly. She seemed genuinely cheerful to be helping us. All the employees were so smiley. And the food - wow! Hot, generous portions, very tasty. Really top notch customer experience in every way. We’ll definitely be back!
Great place to get quick Japanese food. Good value, prices very reasonable. They have good portions, too. They have daily specials, so check regularly. Highly recommend you try them out.

I literally saw a mouse running around and the manager yells at employees, it was really uncomfortable and the manager even acts rudely to some customers, how can you allow someone like that to work there? And why was a mouse running around?!

I am very disappointed that they have changed the Udon Soup recipe recently. The old soup was our favourite for years. This soup has no taste to it at all. Plenty noodles but no vegetables and they added corn. For $14 it’s disappointing!!!Bring back the old recipe!
