We have been there a couple of times and it has always been delicious, you have to try the yam roll and miso soup definitely. The yam is sooo crunchy and flavoured, But everything is delicious !!!!

Really enjoyed my visit - the service, food, and atmosphere were all amazing.
Their fish tasted fresh and reminded me of the food I had in Japan. Our server was kind and very attentive to our needs. We went on a Sunday so it wasn’t busy and we found there was a lot of parking. Would definitely visit again!

I had a extremely rude experience here and they refused to show any evidence of food safe or liquor license and one question we got bombarded to leave the restaurant and then we also got attacked by other customers there. And the staff didn’t settle it. Do not go and do not recommend. They also beg for tips and say stuff if you can’t tip.

Awesome service every time. They really do such a great job with the kids as well. They have kids plates, cup, chopsticks etc. They are always friendly and the food is consistent And yummy each visit.They’re so fast too!I wish they were open 7 days a week.

I think Ginza has fallen behind in quality of ingredients. I've been going to ginza since they opened but my last few the taste was off though the presentation is still great. I assume they've been stretching ingredients.
While the sushi seemed ok, we ordered the coconut shrimp and noticed none of the shrimp are "de-veined" which means they still have the shrimp's literal poop in them. Most people would always de-vein a shrimp before eating it, however they don't. When I called the company, the staff member just said "well we never get any complaints about this". They never get complaints because people probably eat it all in one bite and don't get to see this. I also emailed the company weeks ago with no response.
