Kaiso Japanese and Thai Cuisine

A friend ordered from kasio in West Kelowna. the sunumono salad was absolutely disgusting, they ordered spicy tuna and a chopped scallop roll and didn't get a chopped scallop roll, instead they got nigiri chopped scallop . They reached out to them they said there's nothing they could do about it they made the salad this morning and it's the end of the day, they asked why they would serve something like that, the restaurant said well we're closing for a couple days we basically don't care.... Ive ordered from here all the time and I will never order from here again!!

Visiting from out of town and we love to pick local restaurants to support when we vacation. I have been craving a lemon grass coconut soup for quite some time and Kaiso did not disappoint!
Every item we were served was piping hot and delicious. The Thai veggie spring rolls were so crispy and hot, perfect crunch when you bit into them. My son & husband had teriyaki chicken and my husband said it was better than our local places.
Service was great, greeted the moment we opened the door. No wait to sit down but clearly very busy with take out orders.
We will return for sure.

Food is good but they never gave me utensils for delivery even tho I called them and let them know . It happened all the time and there was no napkins at all

I’ve been dining here for years now and it never misses! It’s so good every time! I frequently get the firecracker chicken, and Pad Thai and I’ve had many different sushi rolls, it’s always so fresh and delicious. I’ve ordered take out and dined in and I love the dine in experience, the atmosphere is lovely, it’s clean and I like the low lighting! The service is always great!! I’m always greeted with delight and the servers check on the table frequently. I will always come back for more!

Amazing sushi and ramen reasonably priced! Super friendly staff. Their welcome and goodbye greetings put a smile on everyone’s face. I just love it! Keep it up!
