Was super busy with very few staff, which one of them looked to be grocery shopping? We waited 10 minutes for our food for it to be wrong and cold. The fries were stale and barely salted and my drink was completely watered down. When you’re paying over $20 for fast food you expect for it to at least be half good. I am disappointed with the service, food, and atmosphere.

Waited 30 minutes for a mcdouble meal which is ridiculous. Saw the massive lady in the back wipe her nose with bare hand when making someones burger when it came to my burger I saw her start rubbing her front against the edge of the prep counter and then give herself a scratch down there. Absolutely disgusting. I did not eat my burger. My fries were made by a teen girl who had better health safety then a full grown women. My fries were fresh but were a dark brown color from the oil which is not ok... In my drink there was a strange floating glob ?? unsure of what that is but had to throw that out as well. I urge nobody to come here.

Just tried the McVeggie... I think a piece if shoe leather would have tasted better.. Absolutely No flavour!! The texture was off putting. No crunch, the inside was like wet cardboard. Gross.. Skip this one.. Eat chicken or beef.

Every… EVERY single time I go through the drive-thru I get parked. Every single time I get parked, they screw up the order and I have to walk back in. How does a Big Mac and 2 happy meals take 20 min. Other cars that were parked beside me, after me were served… HAPPY MEALS, I watched 17+ cars go through the drive through while we sat, while CRACKHEADS come up to my vehicle with my family in the car asking for drug money. The manager can only say Sorry. Save the excuses, save the explanations, you are a fast food restaurant with 15+staff serving precooked assembly line food, and you screw up constantly. If any other person in a career was as incapable as you are they wouldn’t have a job. YOU HAVE ONE JOB, make a burger serve a burger, and half of that is automated. How can you be so useless?

Not a shocking 1 star by any means. But deserving, nonetheless. How hard is it to make burgers? Waited 20 mins in restaurant as they were firing out multiple door dash orders ahead of us. After waiting, wrong burger. When returned they passed my open burger box that I had taken a bite out of, around between 2 different front of house staff who then got a cook to throw some bacon and tomato on my still wrong burger then gave it back to me. No one washed their hands. gross!!!!!!
This location rips you off when you order a large fry. They give you a medium in a large cup. Every. Single. Time.

It was late evening I ordered kids happy meal and I saw McDonald’s advertising new Cajun Ranch McCrispy sandwich. I wish I could I add photos with the reviews. The sandwich barely has any sauce on it and meat petty was old like rubber, no vegetables in it and dry unbelievably expensive. I Horrible experience with this new sandwich.

change the staff especially students working under age 18 from schools, takes 15 minutes for ice coffee and tea plus tea wasn’t even warm enough to be called hot tea and ice coffee tastes like drinking some toxic water.

Bought a coffee using a credit card, tapped using the machine and it went through showing 'transaction complete' on the screen. A receipt didn't print out and the cashier asked her supervisor. The supervisor said this happens sometimes and the transaction wasn't completed and to pay again. It did Infact charge me twice so be careful with their system. Coffee was acceptable
