Great Mexican food truck restaurant just off the highway. Eduardo is an excellent cook and great to talk to. I had the #3: three crispy tacos with homemade salsa, soup, and a drink - everything was delicious. I like that Eduardo blocks the view of the highway with the food truck and has fresh flowers on the freshly painted tables.

The real deal! We finally made it to this food truck + it did not disappoint. We ordered beef, chicken + pork tacos, which came with a delicious side of consumé soup. The flavors were unreal. You could tell that the meats were drenched in spices, seared to perfection + simmered on low all day. The owner/chef was very friendly + the music made you feel like you were living it up in Mexico.
